Nous avons découvert notre Eden, où la réalité du lieu dépasse la description de l'annonce. Une belle découverte avec un équilibre parfait entre la modernité des équipements, du design et la parfaite harmonie du lieu avec son environnement naturel (faune et flore tropicale) autour de la thématique de l'éco responsabilité. La vue de la terrase extérieure est à couper le souffle et nous transporte dans une rêverie éveillée. Quant aux hôtes, Karl et Salha, on peut difficilement faire mieux. Toujours à l'écoute, en essayant de trouver des solutions pour nous faciliter notre séjour et quelle réactivité. Une communication parfaite et des services supplémentaires proposés pour améliorer encore plus l'expérience ( chauffeur, guide local, cuisinière, massage à domicile, location de voiture amené directement au logement...). Bref le meilleur compromis entre les services d'un palace et la tranquillité dans le bien-être d'une location privée. On ne voulait plus en repartir, petit paradis

What an amazing experience, we had a large group and used the Chef services and the food was amazing !!!, such a peaceful place in the midst of nature, if you want to switch of from life for a few days this place is perfect. Kids loved the extra room with the bunk beds and the pools kept them entertained. We took a trip over to the East coast and tbh as nice as the day trip was, it was great to get back to the villas and the peace that surrounds them. Salha and Karl were amazing hosts giving us the privacy we needed but were always available to help with anything we needed. I cannot recommend enough. We will be back for sure. Thanks

There’s not enough words to describe how great of an experience I had staying at this home. It’s exactly as advertised and the reviews about it told no lies. First of all it’s very clean to the point where you can sleep anywhere in the house and feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless with all the amenities you need so if you forget some essentials there’s no need to worry because the house provides it. Our house staff were so responsive to everything we needed. Anything you need just send a quick text message and they will be at your door smiling with everything you desire and ready to assist you in any way possible. I’ve traveled all over there world so when I say this place is first class treatment, I mean it. This is my second trip to DT Villas. I stayed in the house next door last year and I love how this entire property/premises is growing more like a top tier hotel resort every year but instead with rental homes. Nowhere on Zanzibar island is better, trust me

This place is beautiful, if not even more impressive in person. Large space for a family or group of friends. The villa was spotless clean and host even offered cleaning services throughout our stay to make us feel more comfortable. We ordered the breakfast and dinner on some of the days which was very useful since the villa is a little distant from restaurants and supermarkets. The back pool looking out into the sea was our favourite part of the house as it made the stay very relaxing. The host Urah was available at all hours to answer any questions or issues that we had which was useful when we had blackouts. The security guards were very friendly and made us feel very safe. We would definitely stay here again when we need a breather from the busyness of the beautiful island.

Ina et Msuli sont des hôtes très agréables, prévenants et disponibles pour faciliter le séjour. Toujours de bon conseil, ils nous ont aidé à organiser nos activités en nous proposant des personnes de confiance, notamment lorsque l'un de nous a été malade. La maison est agréable et les personnes employées sont charmantes, toujours prêtes à rendre service. Un excellent séjour !

Vi var en storfamilie på 13 i alder fra 2 -73 som tilbrakte en uke der. Shakira og hennes stab gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle trives og hjalp oss med transport og ekskursjoner. Fint basseng som passet godt for både liten og stor. Bare en trapp skilte stedet fra den flotte stranden. Stedet var inngjerdet og vi følte oss veldig trygge for både store og små. Vi laget de fleste måltider selv og kunne disponere kjøkkenet når vi ville.

Aziz’s place saved our group of 8 from being accommodation-less on our first trip to Zanzibar and it turned out for the better. We felt welcome immediately, nothing was too hard or impossible. We had 4 children under 6 with us and the hosts treated them as their own. Every morning we had our fill of fruit, eggs and toast but if you prefer to go out that was also easy and doable. We had 2 seafood feasts of octopus, crayfish, squid and fish which was some of the best cooked seafood our group has eaten. 3 of our days Jojo, one of the hosts came with us and made navigating stone town and the other places we visited much easier. The accommodation was beautiful, in a great peaceful location. It is difficult to find but I messaged Aziz and he sent a driver to collect us from the airport seamlessly. The accommodation itself is quite rustic but for us it was all we needed. The fact they had a pool for when the tide goes out was great for the kids. All in all a great experience for our group!

We had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful and Bakari and Vicki were on hand to help with anything. The house was very clean and Vicki did a great job leaving us lovely bed art. Would love to visit and stay again.

Overall, this place was fantastic. It’s a traditional Zanzibar design so it’s not a modern place, but exactly what we wanted. We were thrilled to be there with our large group of two families, including 5 children. Rasheed was excellent and accommodated all of our requests. Food, especially breakfast, was delicious. The beach outside the villa is pristine, with white sand beaches and a beautiful Indian Ocean right outside the doorstep. The private pool was incredible. The villa rental subsidizes the Tamani Foundation and its students, so staying here contributes to the education of local kids. Win win.

We booked both connecting airbnbs. They are identical. The prompt was even better than pictured. Many ig picture worthy spots. There is only ac on the bedrooms so the common areas do get warm. The house manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the chef he did a great job. There is a little convenience store about 10 min walk but other than that there isn’t a whole lot around. The location is an hour drive from The rock restaurant, stone town and the northern beach.

Natalia’s lodge was an amazing stay in an incredible location that will likely show up in my dreams now that we spent some time here. Me and 9 friends had an amazing time, with every aspect taken care of by Natalia. The chef was incredible and made amazing meals constantly throughout our trip, and the housekeeper kept the rooms super clean. There was an issue with the showers unfortunately but Natalia stayed in constant communication with us and even came to the Airbnb late at night to support. The issue was resolved and she continued to oversee repairs to ensure future guests don’t face the same thing. My birthday also fell around the time of our stay and she made sure to make it incredible, even providing a wonderful mango cake. Natalia and the staff at the lodge made our Zanzibar trip and we would love to come again!

great villa right on the beach of Kiwengwa. the beach is mostly active with locals from the village going about their day to day either fishing, kids playing or more; which is a refreshing sight compared to the overcrowded tourist beach's of Zanzibar. the villa is beautiful and the host great

nice place, very cozy. but lots of electricity issues however the hosts were very helpful with generators. lots of annoying salesman waiting outside the property following us around all day which wasnt fun

We spent a perfect week in this small paradise, everything is made to ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable. It combines the advantage of the Airbnb (privacy, space, private pool) with those of a hotel (very good food, daily cleaning). Internet is fast. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of activities in this area of Zanzibar (caves, kayaking, parks etc). I recommend 100%.

The place is super spacious, very clean, and has a great pool and outdoor space. The staff on site are wonderful. Meg and Eddy are the best hosts I’ve ever had from Airbnb and they go the extra mile on everything to make sure you have what you need, give great recommendations, and make you feel at home. Would highly recommend staying here!

Anne’s place was modern and clean. The staff was amazing and went over and beyond to accommodate us whether it came to booking tours/ excursions or something we randomly needed around the property. I would 100% recommend if you're looking for a balance between remote and relaxation but close enough to get to the main attractions of the island.

We can't recommend this place highly enough for someone looking for a peaceful, low key retreat. Nothing is more than an hour away by taxi, and Nina is the true definition of a super host. She was very flexible and accommodating, even when we had a last minute request. The service was excellent, including fresh breakfast brought to our room, where we enjoyed the waves lapping at the edge of our private space. Perfect spot for a girl's trip or a honeymoon. Not even one complaint.

es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es war wie auf den Bildern zutreffend alles gut beschrieben. Super Summer Service. Auch die Restaurant Karte war super frisch gepresste Säfte reichlich Auswahl an Getränken sowie diverse Speisen. Auch für Alkoholliebhaber gab es genug Auswahl von Wein bis zu Champagner. Die Lage ist etwas ruhig, aber perfekt zum abschalten Fußweg zum Strand sind 7 Minuten maximal und ein sehr ruhiger Strand. Man wird nicht voll gelabbert wer also eine ruhigen Gegend will und einen ruhigen Strand ist, dort genau richtig bei dem Tourismus entfliehen möchte, auch die Privatsphäre wird dir sehr gut beachtet und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett vor allem Juma leider habe ich die Namen der anderen Mitarbeiter vergessen aber alle waren super hilfsbereit und haben tolle Arbeit geleistet und Ruslan war ein toller Gastgeber ging auf jeden Wunsch ein

WOW what a place. It gives you an authentic Zanzibar experience. From the moment I booked the process with Stephania was flawless. She is warm helpful and responsive. We met her upon check in and she makes you very welcome. The Villa is beautiful private and spacious. It has everything you need and a little grocery pack is waiting for you. It is decorated in a true Swahili style....very tasteful. Being right on the beach you always have a nice breeze. It was very hot when we went but the villa, pool and its grounds provided some much needed respite and shade. Its position is perfect...a lot of people that walked by admired it! Stephania and Rama have a great team. Pilee tends the villa garden daily and keeps the beach in front clean and tidy and Gucci tends to the pool. He will also take you to the village to shop or buy fish ..very helpful and kind. We used Rama for our taxi needs to and from the villa and a very early airport drop. He also does some fantastic trips. A superb place.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, however it is further from the beach than described and not in a walkable area. There is a significant electrical issue, that causes appliances to not work at night. Including the refrigerator, and AC. Pros: very convenient co-host Shebby ( great at planning activities) , very responsive and quick to correct issues, 24/7 security, cleanliness. I would still recommend this Airbnb to anyone wishing to stay in kendwa at a good price Cons: electrical issue affects; A/C , refrigerator and more. Stove does not work. Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable,
