I had a perfect stay in this comfortable and centrally located place. the host and caretaker staff were very responsive and kind. I could have a batch of laundry done at a reasonable price. the studio was very nice, big room and comfortable bed. the surrounding area is safe even at night and there's nice restaurants and street food places in the street. I particularly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the staff and the management. the AC and the fan on the ceiling were a plus as well. I highly recommend that place and I look forward to be back there

The location was unspeakable! The location was very convenient to go to Stone Town, so we were able to walk around comfortably. The host and housekeeper were very friendly. If I come to Stone Town again, I would like to stay here:)

The place was good, in the midst of Stone Town, and had plenty of space. Bathrooms were useable, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only challenge was the stairs that were steep and needed attention when going up and down. Lovely neighbours and the people running the place were quick to respond and helpful. We locked our key in and it was a quick fix. If you want a good place outside of the tourist usual this could be it.

Perfect to explore Stonetown! Super central, within walking distance to everything you‘ll want to discover but at the same in a quiet residential area. The room is comfortable, cozy and clean. Balkiss is a great host. Communication was fast and easy and she was very helpful, providing us with information about the town and organising a walking tour guide for us. We hope to come back!

It was a great pleasure and honor to be guest in Abdullas House. It is in the middle of old Stonetown, right in a street where everything happens. It is a typical stonetown building, very small an with high rooms. The stairs are a bit of a challenge, but everything is so beautiful. Room is cozy in the best way. Small fridge and a good AC. A nice kitchen, where everyting you need is available, and a terrace, where you can have your coffee in the morning. Maybe you are lucky like us, and Abdulla will cook his delicious Pilau and let you try some. This leads to the last point, wich is the very polite and always helpful person Abdulla. Thank you again, to let us beeing guests at yours.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is a bit farther from Stone Town, but that also means it's closer to the beach, which was nice 🏝️ The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a good size, and overall, this is an amazing place to stay! The only downside is that the pool isn’t lit in the evenings, and the sunbeds are a bit worn out but overall I enjoyed my stay 🫶🏼 Would definitely recommend!
