The house is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, in the city center. Škoda factory is within a walking distance. Suitable for people coming for work on short- and long-term stays. Not suitable for children. Long-term stays are preferred. Price for one night is 50% higher, and is only accepted in last minute, 1-2 days before.
