The Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. It's in a strategic location if you enjoy exploring local food spots, such as Jejamuran or El Primo Sausage & Dairy, although it’s still a bit far from the city center. Check-in and check-out were very easy. One issue we encountered was that you can't take the keys with you after locking the front door. Our workaround was to lock the front door from the inside and exit through the side door. Other than that, everything was great! We highly recommend staying at this place.

What a beautiful home! it truly exceeded our expectations. My mother had just undergone surgery at RS Sardjito, so instead of returning to my mother’s home in Jepara, we decided to rest in Yogya and stay at Surfrider. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. Our 3-year-old son absolutely loved the pool and sand playground, and my mom found the home theatre especially soothing with its calming music. One evening there was a short power outage, but Ben and Kak Galuh responded quickly and handled it right away, we really appreciated their care. The location was also ideal, close to many great places to eat. We followed Ben and Kak Galuh’s recommendations and tried Mediterranea Restaurant by Kamil and Sate Klathak Pak Pong (both were excellent). In the mornings, my family enjoyed peaceful walks around the neighbourhood and even bought delicious bubur ayam keliling. A recommended stay in Yogya for families.😊👌

Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Extremely convenient place in the middle city of Yogyakarta. The place is also squeaky clean, with recently renovated interior.

Full 5 stars all aspects, really worth the price. Mba Airin is helpful, I checked in at 11 o'clock the house is very ready for a rest. Fragrant, clean, air conditioning every room is cold. Garage fits LGX gazelle car/innova press 1 car. It just so happens to stay pas Eid, pray Ied is close. The facilities are all working properly starting from the kitchen to entertainment (Netflix youtube etc). Access to the big road is close by, the place is not noisy, safe peaceful. Suitable for those who don't want to be too crowded. The plan to extend 2malem turns out to be full so checkout is huuuuu; (( Input, please upgrade the refrigerator because one of the important elements we need when we stay is the refrigerator, the rest is good bgt. Thanks Mba, highly recommended, will be my subscription if I will stay in jogja with family🥰🫶🏻

The house is very comfortable, quiet, cool, clean, tidy, and of course complete facilities there are cooking utensils, dispensers, rice cookers, cutlery, kitchens, 2 bathrooms equipped with water heaters. There are 3 rooms with many beds, there are even extrabeds at no additional cost, the house is enough for up to 8-10 adults. This is a comfortable and nice house for a staycation with family in peace and comfort.

The receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained all the instructions for the stay. The apartment is strategically located and easy to reach from many directions, which made following our itinerary simple. Free parking is available, so no worries about extra fees. The host was super responsive — some things had to be done manually, but they were always ready to help if anything was unclear. The facilities are complete: clean, well-maintained furniture, working AC and water heater, a fridge, dispenser, stove, and basic kitchenware. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, great for working or streaming. Plenty of power outlets too, so no need to bring an extension. Some parts of the interior looked a bit old, but everything worked properly and didn’t affect comfort. One of the best parts was the view — you could see Mount Merapi (if I’m not mistaken) right from the unit, especially beautiful in the morning. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay for a few days or a short getaway.

The host is pretty responsive but got some problem with water leakage inside the room. The location is afar from downtown but you can find convenient store here and there.

Overall I like to stay at Arymbi's place. The scenery from room is great because it's directing to Merapi mountain. The room is really comfortable and clean, and for a studio room it's really big room! Maybe there are some things in the room that is not working as expected such as wifi & the android box, but it's not a big deal for me personally since most of my activity is outside of the room. The security on the lobby is also really kind and it has a convenient store on the ground floor which it's a good point too.

The accommodation offered matched the description of plus our host was very accommodating and very welcoming always very responsive I recommend it!

Great place to stay during holiday. everything you need is almost available so you just need to buy less things you feel empty. Great service and information. You feel like being appreciated. The only issue is to fix your AC living room at some point.

the location is close to campus, the host is friendly, responsibility and fast response. There was a little problem, but everything was resolved well. Good Host👍. Highly recommended.

We stayed at JSH as a family of 4 people, incl. a toddler. JSH is a great place for family. Tina paid attention to small details for her guests, e.g. in our experience, high chair and baby-friendly food utensils. Although the property is located in old apartment complex, Tina managed to upgrade her property, so it feels nice and comfortable. The property is well-facilitated, even Tina managed to assist with certain additional requests. Regarding the apartment complex, there is a swimming pool and gym available in the apartment complex. The location is relatively close to city center, so it only takes less than 15 minutes of driving to get there. There are many restaurants within radius of 5 kilometres.

The apartment is in the university area, lots of eateries & laundry places around. Free parking, easy check in check out. The host is very responsive. The sound is heard from outside, but because the apartment area is a bit quiet, it's not noisy.

Would stay here again!
