Come Here - a wooden cottage in the woods

Somewhere on the border of Mazovia and Kurpie, in a pine grove, we have prepared two cozy cottages for you in the middle of an open space surrounded by forest. Inside you will find everything you need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the Sleepy cottage you will find 4 sleeping places, a sofa for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and on the mezzanine there is a second bed and a reading corner with a view of the horizon.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Seszelki in Masuria

A summer house in Masuria, one on a fenced plot - 1000m2, with the acceptance of animals. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bed linen, towels, projector and screen, we provide a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs, sun loungers. On the property there are swings, a barbecue, a fireplace, a covered terrace with garden furniture, very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. Charging vehicles from the socket only after agreement and for an additional fee

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

It is a charming village, tempting with peace, beautiful landscapes, numerous attractions and many bicycle paths. Nearby towns 2 km to Waplewo (grocery store, kayaking point, railway station) 14 km to Olsztynek (supermarkets, open-air museum, glassworks, historic water tower, restaurant with a green oven, Grunwald cinema). 11 km to the source of the Łyna River 19 km Nidzica Teutonic Knights Castle

Finished to a high standard, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace, all designed having comfort and satisfaction of our guests in mind. On the fenced plot around the house, apart from a bonfire place with handmade benches and comfortable hammocks, you can find a lot of green space enabling all kinds of family recreation and relax.

The entire house is exclusively for you, with 2 apartments, each 60 m2, far from other and urbanized towns, by a stream overlooking nature, sauna and Russian bath without limit. Lake Dąbrowa Wielka is 2 km away, the sandy beach in Leszcz with a pier is 4 km away. 20 km to the Dylewskie Hills, 4 km from Grunwald, 35 km to Ostróda and 40 km to Iława. The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

About 60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian countryside, two intimate Tiny Houses await you. You will find peace, quiet and rest so much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax with us without your children or anyone else's. We are happy to accept well-behaved pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. You can use the jacuzzi and sauna - these are extra paid options. We invite you.

Take a break and relax in this oasis of peace. Rent a cottage in the Mazovian countryside near the Wkra River. It is an ideal place for active people - the opportunity to practice sports, cycling, running on gravel, kayaking. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.
