We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a 500 php charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 pm there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

A one large double bed room with clean sheets , aircon, kitchen , good wifi , and large bathroom , and no hot water heater . The mattress is Firm Flex Foam on the bottom and 1" of Memory Foam on top . If you don't cover the vent on the bathroom floor after the shower drains the stink smell can back up but if you cover it , it don't stink .
