The Library Loft- a retreat: City/sea views, pool.

Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children.

Stunning upper apartment with sea, cliff and sunset views from the front balcony. Spacious open plan lounge and dining room. Fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry. From the light filled bedroom access the private wrap around deck to enjoy a glass of wine and hill views. Modern ensuite with large walk in shower, WIR. Separate powder room and laundry facilities. 5 minutes to the beach. 5 minute drive to the McLaren Vale wineries. Enjoy the sunset Summer or Winter.

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.
