Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Modum Municipality

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

Ich war 5 Wochen dort. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Zu Fuß kommt man recht schnell an ein großes Einkaufszenter, dort gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Generell kommt man zu Fuß sehr gut zu recht. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel habe ich nicht getestet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und man kann sich gut mit ihm unterhalten. Er hatte mir angeboten eine Wanderung zu machen, was ich auch gerne gemacht habe. Er gab viele Tipps was man machen kann in der Umgebung aber auch Tipps für längere Fahrten. Alles in allem sehr tolle 5 Wochen.

We loved this little house in the middle of Oslo. It was comfy for our family. After a few Airbnb stays on this trip without blackout curtains, it was great to be able to sleep through the night. Their coffee maker was also a treat.

Wunderschönes Appartment + Umgebung, tolle Gastgeber, tolle Stadt! Immer eine Reise wert!

All great location for me and really easy to deal with.

The place was well decorated, modern and warm throughout. The rooms were separate, ideal for our stay and the private deck was a bonus also considering we had great weather during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of neat design features to suit the space. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and our hosts were great at responding to any questions we had. The accommodation is right in the heart of town and it was easy to reach Batterioya, Blindeskjaere, the shops, and the Ferry. All within easy walking distance. The bus stop was 2 mins away and it was easy to travel into Drammen and forward to Oslo centre. We felt as if the accommodation had recently been made ready for guests and there were a couple of possible improvements that could be added to help guests enjoy their stay. A microwave would have been a helpful addition and the small toilet needed a privacy blind on the small window. Overall we loved staying there and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and BBQs, and our kids loved exploring the nearby forest and relaxing by the bonfire. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and scenic hikes. Sadly, the weather kept us from using the kayak and SUP, but we still had a great time. Highly recommended!

Leiligheten var moderne og stilren, og på samme tid hjemmekoselig med utsikt til hage i fredelige omgivelser. Det var rent og pent, og gode møbler og seng. Ekstra hyggelig at verten hadde satt fram sjokolade.

Lovely, peaceful place to stay with a beautiful garden, conveniently located. The best part for us was the very friendly dog and cat :)

Praktisk, lettvint sted med episk utsikt over fjorden!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Tyrifjord und eine tolle Terasse zum wohlfühlen. Die Gesellschaft der Hunde hat uns sehr gerührt. Sie sind so lieb und freuen sich über ein paar Streicheleinheiten

Klasse sehr saubere und toll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Oslo. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Wohnung von Anders. 😎😊. Haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Gemütliche, schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem schönen Balkon. Das Viertel Tjuvholmen ist sehr schön die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mann ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten beim Bäcker oder bei einem Lebensmittelladen. Viele Restaurants und Bars. Anders und Marianne sind sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter. Haben uns einige Tipps gegeben. 👍 Mit der Ruter App sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Fähre, Bus und Straßenbahn super erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen 😊👍. Kommen gerne wieder.

Zeer mooi gelegen appartement/ huis. Met een prachtig uitzicht op de beboste bergen. Groot , gezellig en van alles voorzien. Camilla is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame vrouw. Op 5 min lopen de metro die naar het centrum van Oslo rijd.

Wir lieben die Unterkunft von Ole und seiner Frau! Nachdem ich im Oktober letzten Jahres bereits einmal da war, wollte ich in diesem Jahr unbedingt wiederkommen, diesmal zusammen mit meinem Partner. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist extrem stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch gefällt uns die Lage sehr gut - man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf viel Natur und ist gleichzeitig recht schnell in der Stadt. Ole und seine Frau sind außerdem sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen dürfen! :) Viele Grüße!

Thank you for the amazing stay! Ingunn was proactive in communication and gave us advice, suggestions, and, most importantly, very clear instructions w/ pictures on how to check-in. Upon check-in, the home was very clean and matched the pictures very closely so we knew exactly what to expect. The home was very spacious for our family of 4 and the washing machine/dryer was a lifesaver after a week of travelling. Having a kitchen was also great because of the multiple grocery stores nearby (which Ingunn pointed out in her welcome book) to save a little money since dining in Oslo can be expensive! Speaking of location, great location! At the end of a private, residential street so a nice getaway from tourists at the end of the day, but very close to multiple tram lines and just a short ride into the central areas. Everything from the convenient AppleTV to the kitchen to the comfortable thermostat settings made us feel right at home! Thank you for hosting us!

The balcony is exceptional — a wonderful place to relax and watch the many activities of Tjuvholmen. And the location is great — two short blocks from a food store and vinmonopolet, many cafes and restaurants, the whole harbor to explore. Carina was a warm and welcoming host. Many thanks!

Peter and Elizabeth are lovely people. They are both very friendly and helpful. They respond really quickly if you have a question. The apartment is close to two sets of shops, in easy walking distance to both. The 42 bus goes direct to the center of Oslo. There is also a train from Roa. Both are about 5 mins walk from apartment. It’s in a lovely and very quiet district. Had a very enjoyable stay here.

Fantastisk leilighet og fantastisk utsikt. Enkel og rask kommunikasjon, veldig fleksibel siden jeg trengte å utvide oppholdet med ett døgn. Rent overalt, deilig sengetøy og et luksusbad! En virkelig god opplevelse! Takk til verten.

Bente has always communicated in a timely and friendly manner. On arrival she greeted us and gave us local recommendations. She made us feel like at home. It has been a wonderful stay at her place

The apartment was has described and the host very friendly. That area of the city is quiet and has a lot of interesting things to do where you can go by foot.

The place is gorgeous and I particularly appreciate that it is a non-driving area so we were not woken up by trucks in the morning. It’s probably the best location in Oslo and features a wonderful terrace. We appreciated that there were umbrellas for us to use. When I asked a question, I got an immediate response. There were 5 of us and the place accommodated us well and was a good value for that number of people.
