The shopping street, as well as many good restaurants, terraces and cafes are within walking distance. Even a cinema is only 200 m away. Right in front of the house is a parking lot (6:00 pm - 8:00 am = free)

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.
