Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

Welcome to La Perla! Our apartment is located in Mokošica, just 11 km from the City Center-Old Town of Dubrovnik and 27 km from the airport. The bus stop is just 1 minute from the apartment, with buses running every 25 minutes to Dubrovnik and the popular Banje Beach near city center! We offer free private parking for guests arriving by car. You'll also find a restaurant, ATM, supermarket, café, and bakery nearby. Apartment River Rose is located in Mokošica, only 10 minute drive by car from Dubrovnik. It is a house consisting of two floors. The apartment is equipped with wi-fi, cable TV and air-conditioning. In front of house are free parking spaces. Our guests can enjoy stunning view from the apartment balcony which is situated on the coast of Ombla river. In the morning by the cup of coffee and breakfest they can enjoy in beautifull sunrise, or in beautifull sunset in the evening.

Apartman je na 150 metara udaljenosti od mora te šetališta Uvala Lapad i plaža. Studio apartman nalazi se na poluotoku Lapad. Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.
