In the heart of the village of Chouzy-sur-Cisse, an ideal base from which to discover the Châteaux of the Loire Valley (6 km from Chaumont-sur-Loire, 9 km from Blois, 25 km from Cheverny, Chambord, Amboise, Chenonceau. 18th-century farmhouse with air conditioning and private pool

🏡 Getaway near Blois and Amboise, Chambord and the Beauval Zoo 45 minutes away, as is the Château de Chenonceau. Charming 18th-century house, absolutely quiet in the middle of a green setting of more than 3000 m². 🌿Ideal for families or friends, up to 9 guests: One bedroom on the ground floor, 2 AIR-CONDITIONED bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, and a mezzanine with a sofa bed. From May to September, a large 9x4 heated and covered salt-treated pool is available from 9 am to 8 pm.

Located in the middle of the vineyards and close to the Loire Valley castles, the Vieux Pressoir is a place of rest, relaxation and conviviality. Local wine, cheese, and fruit and vegetable producers are present. The Loire, the castles of Cheverny, Chambord and Blois, the Golf de Cheverny (18 holes), the spa Caudalie are located between 5 and 15 minutes from Le Vieux Pressoir. Beauval Zoo is 32 km away. Many walking tours and bikes are accessible from the house.

The 19th century castle is located in a preserved site in the middle of nature facing a watercourse: the Cisse. The region is famous for its many other castles accessible within a radius of 40 km (Blois, Chambord, Chaumont, Cheverny...) and it is full of activities to do in the vicinity (Beauval Zoo, hot air balloon, cycling...). Many renowned vineyards and restaurants are also accessible. A concierge system is in place for additional services.

It is the calm of a detached house, located less than 30 minutes from the most prestigious castles of the Loire and Beauval Zoo The cottage with private entrance on the ground floor has a living room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor) and 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms. There is a private heated pool from May 1 to October 15 (4x3 x1.40), no one overlooks the cottage and disturbs its tranquility............
