On the top floor (2nd floor) the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . There is a BBQ on the balcony and a larger communal BBQ by the tennis court.

Thank you Silvana for the detailed instructions, otherwise it would have been tough to find the place! The quaint airbnb is pretty secluded, but it adds to the lustre of this place. As foreigners on vacation, this was a fresh new experience. The eco-friendly design of the entire home was new to us but worked surprisingly well. We enjoyed learning more about the compost process. We just wish we had a little more space since we came from out of town and it was tough having 2 luggages in the house but it was something we eventually worked around. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need to cook up anything you like, space was very well designed for small space living. For fresh produce, Milton and Ulladulla are great options via a short drive. We used the BBQ and wiped up an enjoyable meal the night before we left!

Our large family group stayed for a long weekend & had the most amazing time! (would now like to make it our yearly trip) There were so many activities to keep the kids entertained all weekend - ping pong & paddleboards were the winner's; the kitchen also had absolutely everything you could ever need. The view from this property is simply unmatched! 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Angel and Patrick’s Airbnb. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and plenty of privacy. The furnishings and decor created a cozy yet stylish atmosphere, and the amenities went above and beyond—everything we needed was already there. It truly felt like a home away from home. Angel and Patrick were incredible hosts. Angel greeted us with such warmth and friendliness that we immediately felt welcome. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience, and their hospitality made all the difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and are already looking forward to coming back. It’s not just about the wonderful accommodation but also the chance to enjoy the care and thoughtfulness of such fantastic hosts. Thank you so much.

Fantastic place to stay in Mollymook! Sue’s place was immaculately clean. Very spacious place which would make it comfortable for a longer stay. Great location for grabbing food and going for beautiful walks along the water. Sue was very responsive and kindly offered early check in and late check out unprompted. The hand written welcome note and chocolate were beautiful touches. Would 100% recommend and will be back!!
