It is a modern Asian-inspired beach house that sits in a 500 sqm lot. Has direct access to the beach, with infinity swimming pool, full kitchen, veranda, spacious lush garden, spacious living room and 3 bedrooms that fit 8 persons, up to a maximum of 11 persons. It is a quite and safe neighborhood. We have a caretaker who can assist you with your needs.

The entire place is HUGE! It's fully furnished with upscale furniture, granite counter-tops, kitchen and living room appliances. Pool area and the terrace is the perfect place for gatherings. The beach is also home to a lot of marine life. It's also a good place for diving. It's good for 15 guests. For any excess, we charge Php 200. Excess guests will have to bring their own sleeping stuff since we can only provide enough for 15 guests.
