It is inside the CATCOVE Residential area with 24-hour security. FACILITIES: Lap Pool, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 T&B, living & dining room, kitchen, balcony, AMENITIES: Generator Set, Airconditioning, Water heaters, Utensils, Cooking wares, Refrigerator, Electric stove, Rice cooker, Beds with sheets & linens, Towels, Cabled Television, Ceiling fans & bbq grill.

This property offers 6 private rooms, ideal for hosting large groups of up to 30 guests. Each room is outfitted with a kitchenette, a comfortable living area, and a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and bunk beds. Guests can enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with a hot and cold shower, along with access to a common toilet on the ground floor. We also provides free parking for up to two cars and a separate room for a driver or helper which is available for a small additional charge.

Our guests will enjoy the privacy of the whole 3rd floor space of a three-storey building which houses two air-conditioned rooms, a toilet and bath, with a simple dining area, and a balcony. Conveniently, guests will also have access to the roofdeck which has an extra toilet and a place for barbecue (coal-powered stove).
