This charming studio with beautiful hills view is located 100m from Monaco, in a new building, quiet area in Monegetti district. It takes 12-15 minutes walk to get to the Formula 1 circuit and the port. Same distance to the Monaco Yacht Show. Monaco bus stop Moneghetti ( no 2 ) is 5 minutes walk away; supermarket and pharmacy are just around the corner. City center of Monaco with Hotel de Paris is about 15/20 minutes walk. Bus 607 takes you all along the coast to Nice, Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze etc. Free WI-FI, bed sheets and towels, coffee, tea, sugar are provided to the guests. Smoking is allowed just in the balcony. Sometimes there is possibility of private secured parking extra charge. Please ask before booking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Please note access to bathroom is through the bedroom. Washing machine & dryer is extra cost (15 euros/load) for stays less than 4 days. One load is offered after 4 days stay. Air conditioning instruction: make sure it’s on mode COOL or DRY. If you feel is not cooling enough it’s probably set, by mistake, on heat. If early check-in or late check out is available cost is 20euros/hour.
