Welcome to our refurbished apartment (in an old house). Well-maintained apartment and close to some amenities in the city (near a bakery, convenience store, bike path, etc.). Close to Parc Astérix (20-min drive), close to the A1, and SNCF train station 5 min away. You have a parking space at the rear of the house in the courtyard. Common areas are under video surveillance for added security (parking lot + hallway). No smoking allowed.
