The Captain's Cottage is in an awesome location in the back of a property that is across from the waterfront park along Shark River. Paddle-board/kayak rentals, fishing piers, charter boats, mini-golf, and Belmar's newest waterside restaurants are right across the street. Waterfront views from the yard and one of the best sunsets at the shore! Includes 2 person kayak, 2 bikes & 2 beach badges! Perfect shore weekend getaway for couples or small group of friends. 1 mile to ocean. Short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Also, please note that there are two houses on this property, both are rental listings. Privacy is no concern... the two houses, their addresses, yards, and parking are all separated. However, the driveway entrance is shared. This listing is for the back house on the property. The Captain's Cottage is in a very unique location for Belmar. In the past few years, the Belmar Marina area has gained popularity as park spaces, waterfront walkways, fishing piers, and new bars and restaurants have opened up along the Shark River. 9th Ave Pier and Marina Grille have been a big hit, where you can enjoy a waterfront meal and drink while watching the beautiful sunset. Fishing charter boats, mini golf, parasailing, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available in this area. The home is still close to Main Street and roughly one mile to the ocean. As an alternative to the ocean, there is also a free beach along Shark River directly across the street from the home. It is also a short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Parking: Two cars can fit in the space assigned, and additional parking is available for no cost at the adjacent side streets (K or L Street). The Belmar Train Station and Belmar Main Street is a short walk. It is one mile from the ocean and there is also a free public beach right across the street along the Shark River. A very short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Please be mindful of the shared driveway entrance and parking assignments.

COVID-19 ready. Allow 48h between reservations for thorough sanitation. 2 bedroom house near the Leonardo Marina. Near stores, beaches, Sandy Hook is ten minutes away. Pets are welcome at no additional fee.There is a wrap around deck with table, chairs, umbrellas and barbecue. This is a clean simple home. If you have pet allergies this house is not for you. I strongly suggest you have a car to get around, I’d be happy to drive you when available. There is a $25 fee/night for the 5th person.

Jacqueline‘s house was perfect for our family this weekend. The house is beautifully laid out—incredibly comfortable, warm and welcoming. My family of 4+ my husband’s aunt stayed for the weekend. There was more than enough space for all of us. The open floor plan downstairs was just right for relaxing after a wonderful family gathering we had a couple towns away. The backyard is a lovely space for more relaxing family time. Check in and check in and check out we’re super easy and Jaclyn was very accommodating and responsive for a couple of questions I had before we arrived and during our stay. Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend Jaclyn’s lovely home!

North Long Branch Beach Home w/Heated pool

We had a wonderful time at Jeffrey's beach house! The house is well designed, with comfortable, stylish furniture and great lighting too. The living area was a great place for 4 adults and one toddler to hang out when we weren't relaxing in the beautiful and clean pool or the hot tub. I am at the point in my life when I want to stay in a vacation home that's as nice or nicer than my home and this was it. The kitchen was clean and modern, as were the bathrooms, the sheets were cotton and the towels were plentiful. Comfortable, quality beds in the bedrooms. An on suite bathroom in the principal bedroom was a big plus. Lots of superb outdoor seating as well, from the outdoor sofa on the covered deck, to the pool lounges and dining table and chairs. 7 Presidents beach was a short walk away, and beach passes were provided. Lots of places to eat or take out from, a quick 5 minute drive to Pier Village with it's shops and restaurants. We loved it and would be happy to return.

Coming off an amazing weekend stay at Runa’s! The house was the perfect fit for 5 adults and 2 older kids and was within walking distance to Brielle Road Beach. We loved feeling so close to both the beach, fisherman’s cove and Main Street in Manasquan! It felt like home instantly. We hope to stay here again next year!

We had a great stay! They had everything we needed in the house and it was super clean and looked just like the photos. Even with bad weather we were able to have a blast because there were lots of activities in the house to keep us busy! It's also in a great location and an easy walk to town or to the beach. Amazing location, pristine house with everything you could possibly need for a stay at the beach. Just bring your bathing suit and show up they have all your beach going needs. The host is awesome and lives nearby and is extremely communicative. Small space overall but enough to fit a group (especially cause you’re at the beach what’s the point of sitting inside). Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this stunning Airbnb in Asbury Park, NJ! The property is perfectly situated on a beautiful lake, offering serene views and a peaceful vibe. The easy beach access was a huge bonus, making it simple to enjoy both the lake and the ocean. The host was fantastic—super responsive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
