Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras and AOSU cams in use to monitor exterior of residence only.

The Cottage at 60 Red Top Drive is a cozy, family friendly place to enjoy quality Maine lake-time. You will have direct access to Anabessacook Lake including a sandy beach area. There is also ample yard space for relaxing and playing games. Indoors, the cottage has plenty of room for the family to be comfortable and a full kitchen. The cottage is a private space on its own, or can be rented in combination with The Main House for an extended family getaway! Ice fishing is right outside!

Solar lights, (we are off the grid) gravity fed kitchen water, gas-hot water outdoor shower, outhouse overlooking the forest. Hiking trails everywhere! Swimming across the road on Hobbs Pond. If you book in November, there is a possibility that if it gets cold, you will not have a hot outdoor shower and will use water from a 5 gallon ceramic container for drinking and cooking.
