The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. The Long Barn is a beautifully converted stone barn situated above the Wye Valley, Monmouth with picturesque views over the Black Mountains and beyond. It's an ideal location for relaxing or walking and cycling straight from the door. Well behaved pets are very welcome. The property has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom plus en-suite, kitchen & lounge area and sleeps 7. Other features include oak flooring, log burner, wet room, patio & seating, BBQ & fire pit. Hot tub £/STA. The barn has an EV charger.

Surrounded by woodland with hilltop views across the Wye Valley to Offa’s dyke, this eco friendly traditional Monmouthshire cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature at its very best. Spend time in the garden listening to bird song and the gentle babbling of the stream or step out the gate to explore Cleddon Falls and beautiful view points along the Wye Valley walk. The medieval village of Trellech and Tintern Abbey are also within easy reach off or on road by foot, bike or car.

Our beautiful beamed attached cottage complete with log burner is set in over 3 acres of private ancient woodland, in the Forest of Dean near the River Wye. The garden path leads down to a secluded orchard which is a haven for birds, deer & wildlife. The cottage is located in a quiet country lane, with walks to our local pub, The Ostrich Inn and the local town. We are close to all amenities, cycle trails, river activities and the best of what the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley has to offer.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Welcome to Fallows Annexe - a recently renovated private guest suite set in woodland in the beautiful Wye Valley. Open up the bi-fold doors and enjoy the sun-trap decking area with BBQ. Sit in the hot tub (new for 2026!) on a starry night and listen to the resident owl! Or snuggle up inside by the cosy bio-fuel burner. Fallows Annexe is located in a walkers paradise just up the hill from Symonds Yat and just across the River Wye from the Forest of Dean. Well-behaved dogs/cats are welcome.

Hidden away on the edge of the ancient Forest of Dean, in the beautiful Wye Valley, with a large secluded garden, accessed by a mile long, narrow, single track lane, hanging with ferns in summer. It's is a fabulous place for walkers and town escapees. Once a woodman’s cottage, with a cosy, spacious interior, fully equipped kitchen, log burner, very comfortable beds, all you need for a relaxing break. Not suitable for young children 1-12, the large garden has a pond and steep terracing.

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)
