Apartment holiday rentals in Monongahela River

My husband and I loved staying at April's place. It was very roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed to be able to feel at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, so it was a charming place to enjoy our down time while on our vacation. We also adore the neighborhood. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely one of the best Air Bnbs I’ve ever stayed in before. So many thoughtful details were considered when planning the space for guests. I didn’t want to leave. I really can’t say enough good things about the house. Outstanding!

After 20+ hours on the road, we only had 4 hours to get some rest before the viewing we came into town for. Sam allowed us to check in early so we could get some rest prior to. The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a great location! We enjoyed walking to the park and snow cone shop with our daughter. It was in a great location, 5 minutes to Walmart, ALDIs across the street, restaurants nearby. We will be booking with Sam again! Thank you Sam for a comfortable stay during a difficult time for my family and I.

Our family stayed at John's place during this Memorial Day weekend, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The apartment is super clean, bright, spacious, and very comfortable. Its location is ideal— just a short walk to the Carnegie museums and a large nice park, and within a short drive to downtown. The neighborhood is very safe, peaceful, quiet, and charming, with easy access to local shops and many nice dining options. John is a great host, he provided clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

Such a wonderful stay! My husband and I decided to stay here after our elopement, and not only was the place beautiful (I mean, HELLO, Victorian home anyone?) but Lisa and Dan were so accommodating! Offering local places to eat, fresh flowers to sniff while eating breakfast, CHOCOLATE! Yum. When in need, I was also provided tape last minute to fix my glasses which had broken at check out. lol. Loved staying here, we'll definitely be staying again.

This is the most beautiful, serene spot in Morgantown! There is so much wildlife here for you and your pet to enjoy. This place has everything you could need for a terrific stay with very caring host. You won’t want to leave!

We only stayed 1 night but really enjoyed it. The place is just as described. Very clean and comfortable. There were snacks and single serve cereals on the counter and a few mini sodas and milk in the fridge....VERY nice touch! The only negative thing i can say....and this has nothing to do with the accommodations or the host, just something to be aware of.....the person in the apartment above you is a HEAVY walker. Other than that, is was a perfect stay and would certainly stay again.

Very responsive and helpful. I even accidentally left a couple items in the unit and it was easy to work out having a friend pick them up the next day. So grateful for going above and beyond!

Thank you for a great stay! We highly recommend your property! It was a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. We felt right at home! It was quiet at night (we were gone most days). My biggest positive about this property is how CLEAN it was! The hosts were very responsive when we reached out.

Extremely quiet neighborhood! And super easy parking! I was able to walk to the tavern nearby (which had great food by the way!) and easily access the freeway. I was visiting to see my greyhound run at Wheeling and this place was perfect! Super close and convenient to drive to things I needed. The house was patriotically decorated, clean, and comfortable and very spacious inside! I was unable to take advantage of all the different kitchen amenities, but it is stocked up with everything! I will be staying again when in town if it is available.

We had a great stay with Ray! Ray was a wonderful host and we couldn’t thank him more for being a wonderful host. The property itself was exactly as promised on the listing and we couldn’t have been happier to stay here. Thank you for being such a great host, Ray!

We came to Morgantown to ride our bikes on the local trails. Cathy's place was very spacious and comfortable. In a nice neighborhood, at the end of the street we felt very comfortable leaving the bikes on the car bike rack. Less than a five minute ride to the trails. We also enjoyed food from Lundy's thanks to Cathy's recommendation. Great stay!

This place is a 1 of 1. Cannot recommend it enough! Don’t let the appearance of the neighborhood fool you, the area is awesome, the people are friendly, and it’s a 10. Make sure you try the coffee shop around the corner and go to BOTTLE ROCKET- one of the coolest spots in town the city

Booked DAY OF and was in the place within the same hour I booked. The place was beautiful. The location was great. Natasha was super responsive. All around 10/10!

Instructions for the apartment were well thought out and easy to follow. We enjoyed staying here!

It was a cute little carriage house apartment. The jetted tub was nice, it had a coffee pot and blackout curtains. Though we didn’t use it, there were EV charging stations and worth noting. It’s about 5 miles from Oakland proper and 10 miles from the touristy part of Deep Creek, so close enough but far away enough. If you are looking for a place to get away with amazing views and to check out from the real world, this is the spot. Kam was responsive when we did message her. Definitely would recommend.

Overall, our stay was good even tho it rained all weekend. Bed was comfortable & the place had everything we needed. Hot tub & pool table were a nice bonus. We had a relaxing, peaceful weekend & will definitely keep this place in mind for future (hopefully not rainy) weekend getaways as it is close to Cooks Forest. The host had done some research for us ahead of time & had a list of places we might like to go to while we were there which was greatly appreciated. If you enjoy antique stores, definitely check out the emporium/candy store. We also ate at clarion brewery (which had a vegan falafel sandwich that was right up my alley). On our way home (to Ohio) we went to “farmhouse antiques & rusty stuff” in Knox….this place was full of treasures waiting to find a new home & was definitely worth the stop!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yoder School House. It was so peaceful and relaxing, especially the hot tub with a lovely view of the farmland and watching all the birds at the feeder and in the field over coffee in the mornings. The house had everything we could need - Rhoda is very thoughtful in stocking the kitchen and even leaving fun board games. We loved the proximity to the Casselman Creamery, and it was a great location for day trips to hike Mount Davis and explore Ohiopyle State Park in PA. WE would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We came to Ohiopyle to raft and this was the perfect place to stay! Right in town close to restaurants, close to the GAP trail if you want to run or bike, and close to the rafting company storefronts. It’s walking distance to everything you need, clean, and Andrea is super communicative. Can’t recommend enough!

If I could give Jennifer’s place more than 5 stars I would! The property was at the end of a seasonal road so it was very quiet. Jennifer was nice enough to leave us some eggs from her chickens that were delicious. Great place to stay if you’re trying to get away from the city for some peace and quiet
