Unique experience to stay on a farm in Grandma & Grandpa's house. 3 Bed, 1 Bath, 1.5 Story FARMHOUSE - 1/2 way between Columbia & Waterloo. 9 minutes to St. Louis, 17 min to the Arch, 5 min to Walmart, 17 miles to a Hospital. Downtown Waterloo & Columbia minutes away. Situated on our family farm in the PERFECT LOCATION!

Two minutes from highways I270, I55, I44 which is within 15 minutes of downtown St. Louis. Busch Stadium, St Louis Blues, Zoo, Aquarium, Forest Park, Wash U, Soulard, Central West End, Missouri Botanical Garden, Anheuser-Busch. Other close attractions- Laumeier Sculpture Park, Children’s Magic House, Museum of Transportation, Grant's Farm. We are within one mile of Mercy South Hospital if you are working or visiting. MO Baptist, Mercy, BJC, Children's hospital all 15 minutes. 20 min/airport.

The Brickhouse

Nestled right in the heart of downtown Waterloo, The Brickhouse is a cozy, eclectic getaway just blocks from all of the local restaurants, bars, and adorable shops ready to serve you. With two bedrooms, Brickhouse has one king size bed, four twin beds, and a pull out queen sized sofa to sleep up to 8 guests. Brickhouse has a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials you will need to cook meals. Other amenities include wifi, a 55' high definition TV, washer and dryer, and toiletries provided.

FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.
