Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Monroe County

We had a lovely stay in Tellico Village for the month while waiting for our new home build to be completed. Stephanie was extremely understanding of our situation and responded quickly to any small hiccups we encountered throughout our stay. Cozy house with cute decor—we were so impressed we actually reverse image searched the living room lamps and ordered a few for our new house!

We loved our stay here! We made plans to go and visit The Lost Sea but we wanted to stay the night before so we could see the downtown area of Sweetwater. The house was just minutes away from local shops and restaurants and only ten minutes to our main attraction so it was a perfect fit. The place was extremely cute, comfortable and clean. She thought of all of the comfort items that one could possibly want. A LOT of blankets which we loved. There are plenty of games and tv’s for extra fun. Some of the extra amenities such as the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, coffee maker and washer/dryer were all nice touches. The beds were so plush. We all had a great nights sleep before our little adventure. I’d highly recommend the Carpool Garage for drinks and live music. We’d also recommend the Lazy Beagle Rooftop for lunch. Excellent vibes, prices and quality food. Thank you so much Kim for offering such an amazing home away from home!

This beautiful home was perfect for my family on spring break. The location was private and peaceful, very little traffic in a nice safe neighborhood to be out walking my dog. The house was new, immaculate and nicely furnished with COMFORTABLE sectional in living room (hard to find in an AirBnb) and beds. Would stay here again - highly recommend!!

Spent a great week here! Lee is a very responsive host. There were very clear instructions on how to get the cottage, and Lee himself was kind enough to show us around the beautiful property. Getting to the place itself is a bit intimidating at first, and arrive during the day, but after once or twice driving there it’s easy to navigate. Upon arrival, the host and kindly turned on the lights and had music playing for us. The cottage was very well decorated and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need to cook. Just bring food, drinks, and yourself! The property is so secluded and quiet. There are no restaurants or stores nearby, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a secluded, beautiful destination in the hills and that’s exactly what Lees place had to offer. We loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee, exploring the trails during the day, and fires at night! Kids loved foraging through the forest. Good WiFi at cabin. Can’t wait to come back!

A great place to stay when visiting Tellico Plains or just want to escape from Knoxville!

Nice area in the mountains. We came for a motorcycle trip, the area was easy to find with gps. Good parking for motorcycles right next to the back door, there’s some rocks to set the side stands on so they don’t fall over. It can be tricky to navigate with a bike if you’re inexperienced, as it sits on a hill. Overall a great setting on a nice farm, there’s cornhole boards and a fire pit to have some nice conversation after a day of riding. Oh yeah, it’s only a few minutes from the Tail of the Dragon! We’ll be back for sure!

Kim’s place is a quiet retreat away from the city. The decor is thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. I slept well in the comfy bed, and the shower is excellent. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Would recommend staying here it’s very peaceful and relaxing and Brian was very responsive.

Cabin was just the right size for my husband and four kids. It was super clean. My kids enjoyed the provided games. The porch was perfect for morning coffee. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location. No complaints at all.

Barbara and her family share a property that is to die for. Right on the inside bend of coker creek. A beautiful log cabin that has mature and well taken care of plants throughout. Most importantly it's away from the hustle and bustle. On top of all that there were new appliances and everything was clean. I'd love to bring the whole family next time.

The only thing I could say is that it was slightly misrepresented. In that It was everything and more! They could have elaborated more on the steam and the beautiful constant flowing water was top notch. The stream on how you look down from the wrap around deck/balcony was amazing, serene, peaceful etc. We opened a window at night and the water would sooth us to sleep. We will be back, one of the best mountain cabins we have utilized from coast to coast. Maddie was extremely proactive and responsive. It was my birthday and a small work trip for us. There were homemade muffins waiting for me when we checked in. I consumed every single one. I was not expecting that. The description is everything and more. P.S> my 1 year old pup loved the water. They are are pet friendly and provide the tools needed to keep the place clean from our rambunctious pup.

The cabin was beautiful and well appointed, and the location was exactly the private, peaceful New Years getaway that I was looking for. Great places to hike and a relaxing hot tub and comfy beds waiting for us after. The cabin had everything we needed for to cook our meals and was well stocked with entertainment and amenities. We had a little trouble understanding the check-in instructions, but the emergency contact was kind and helpful in getting us checked in. I would love to go back and would highly recommend.

We had a blast at the farm! The tent and camper were cozy and comfortable. The “Thursty Goat” karaoke bar is a great touch to add a fun evening to your trip. Heidi and Scott are great hosts and go above and beyond. Plus all the animals are so cute!

Had a great stay! Everything was just as described, clean, and the host was very responsive with any questions we had. We requested to stay a little longer at the last minute and they were extremely flexible and quick to reply. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking in the area and hope to return in the future.

Great place to stay if you want to escape cell service like we did. Took my girlfriend up here to propose (she said yes🥰) and relax. Jessica is an amazing host, very responsive with a lot of recommendations. For food, Tellicafe and Pappa’s Pizza are recommended. Thank you Jessica!

We are so thankful for Mountain View rental. They were available and there when we needed a place to stay . Everyone was so friendly and answered any questions we had . The cabin was beautiful and the location perfect . My kids loved it bc they got to fish at there pond. ❤️

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We did several Museums, caverns, forts. lots to do in and around Tallassee. The cabin was comfortable, roomy, and had all that we needed to cook meals. A very enjoyable trip.
