Étant voyageur solo, j'ai passé un très bon séjour de 4 nuits dans l'appartement de Paola. L'appartement est clair et très bien arrangé. La terrasse est un luxe agréable pour prendre l'air et le soleil: c'est un des seuls appartements autour à en avoir une ! Et ce alors qu'on est dans une zone très urbaine et que l'immeuble lui même est un gratte-ciel (high rise). La literie est très confortable et de grande qualité. Il y a des rideaux occultants ce qui permet de très bien dormir. Le quartier (down town) est ce qu'il est : j'étais très content d'être en plein centre. Il est possible d'avoir un visiteur, mais il faut arranger à l'avance avec Paola afin qu'elle organise avec la sécurité de l'immeuble puis aussi, en plus parler avec la sécurité en amont afin qu'elle recontacte Paola (mais c'est comme ça partout en Colombie apparemment). Paola a été très réactive quand j'ai eu des questions. Je reviendrai très volontiers! L'appartement convient très bien à un voyageur seul ou couple

Manoel’s place was in a great and safe location. The place had ample space. He was always responsive! So quick to address any concerns. I highly recommend this spot for families and large groups.

I had a great experience, Javier was always there quickly to answer any questions. Very comfortable apartment, having all you might need. Like normally I don’t even watch TVs, but the huge screen just asked to get on to once you hit the bed, with Apple+, Netflix etc. available to connect. Unfortunately opening windows was not quite an option during the day because of construction noise, but I guess that’s a temporary inconvenience, and is not up to the host, so no complaints here. Other than that the location is great, most of my destinations I could reach by walking, and just used a taxi a couple times to come back late at night. The building staff at reception is great and were super patient with me trying to ask things with my very limited Spanish. In conclusion - highly recommend!

Santiago’s place was well located for exploring La Candelaria and surrounds. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable to rest in with black out blinds for sleeping and other handy facilities like a washing machine and kitchen. We occasionally heard some noise from neighbours but nothing that stopped us from getting a good nights sleep. Santiago was prompt in communicating and checked in with us regularly. The view over Bogotá was spectacular and we would gladly return if we were in the area again!
