I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony offered stunning views of the mountains, making each morning a pleasure. Additionally, the entire apartment was equipped with air conditioning, which made it extra comfortable during the warmer days. I would definitely recommend it to others. The studio is very clean and comfortable, great central location. It is more spacious in reality than in the photos and everything seems to be newly refurbished. Anne is a great host- she was nice, easy to reach and flexible with check in / check out. Highly recommend this place

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

Very good place for our 12 day stay and great location. Close to the beach, and plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets in the neighborhood. Our host Laurence was very welcoming and helpful. We’d definitely come back again!

The apartment was perfect, had everything we could need and fit the description perfectly. Patricia was very kind and flexible, and always responded in good time. Great location with the tram and supermarkets right outside.

Beautiful apartment in Nice with 360 views, spacious, clean and comfortable - has everything you might need. We were met by our host who was so kind and helpful, he showed us how to get to the tran stop and local shop. As some people have mentioned there is a high hill to walk up, however we didn't find this a problem. It's also a really safe and quiet area. Tram into Nice just at the bottom of the hill takes around 10 mins and a lovely walk into Nice take around 35/40 mins with beautiful sea views and beach lounge bar stops on the route if you want to stop / for it to take longer. An Uber from town to the airport was 30 euros.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles war mit dem Auto oder auch der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Irina war stets hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Härligt boende i ett av de finaste residensen i fridfulla Menton Garavan. Generöst värdpar som månade om oss. Stilfullt med alla faciliteter och behov uppfyllda , omgivet av en underbar trädgård. Stort plus för den stora terrassen, utsikten och privata lillpoolen. Vi längtar tillbaka!

Had a great week. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and in walking distance from shopping areas, train station and the beach promenade. The host was great, flexible and nice.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

Séjour de 4 jours très agréable car le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description et les explications de l hôte étaient parfaitement claires. Si nous n avions pas eu de contraintes familiales nous aurions bien souhaité rester trois ou quatre jours de plus tant nous étions bien et enthousiastes. Adresse à conserver si nous retournons vers Menton.

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

Could not say enough good things about the apartment and the host. Solange is friendly, hospitable and has excellent communication. She showed me around the apartment and the grounds and allowed me to store my bags before check in and after check out. The apartment is a nice studio that doesn’t feel cramped. The pool is right next to the ocean so you can hear it while you relax but is private and not very busy. It’s the perfect place to stay. There is a grocery store right across the street as well, and an easy walk from the train station. I cannot wait to come back!

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

Für ein Paar und Kinder hat es genug Platz, jedoch für 2 Paare vermutlich zu knapp. Das „Haupt“-Bett im oberen Geschoss ist eher schmal. - Lage: Sehr ruhige Lage, abgelegen am Hang, jedoch Nachbarn die man am Tag teilweise hört im Garten. Am Abend hört man Frösche quaken. Ca. 20 Min mit dem Auto nach Nizza und 5 Min ins Dorf Tourette-Levens, wo ein Spar, eine Bäckerei und 3-4 Restaurants bestehen. Ca. 30 Min mit dem Auto nach Monaco. Parkplatz vorhanden. - Sauberkeit: Alles sehr sauber. Genügend Handtücher, WC-Papier Putzmittel, Shampoo, etc vorhanden. - Gastgeberin: Sehr freundlich und leidenschaftlich. Hat am 1. Morgen sogar proaktiv Croissants gekauft und vorbeigebracht. Judith sorgt für maximale Privatsphäre der Gäste. - Pool: Grosser Pool, gefüllt mit Salzwasser (wenig Salz), genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen. - Minuspunkte: Outdoor-Dusche beim Pool und das WLAN haben nic

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
