Facing the Mont-Dauphin stronghold, built by Vauban and listed as a World Heritage Site, you will enjoy your stay amidst nature and heritage in any season.

This 31 m2 studio is spacious and is located in the Fortress of Mont Dauphin, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014. At the crossroads of the Guil and Durance valleys, close to ski resorts, whitewater, lakes, hiking, St Crépin airfield, cities, history and culture, natural parks etc. The studio was restored in 2024. It is located on one level, quiet, and equipped with all the comforts with a real 160 x 200 bed, a dishwasher and a garden area with deckchairs

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Large ecological chalet, wood frame and solar heating, very pleasant to live in with panoramic views of the valley. Possibility to go to the center of the village on foot by a small path. You will be in the heart of several valleys to discover: Queyras, Guillestrois. Many climbing sites nearby: Rue des Masques... and several lakes for swimming in fresh water. For the evenings, trampoline and piano available. We will leave topos and info necessary to discover our region.

Pavilion of the Guard of the Porte d'Embrun

Former guard pavilion, located in the Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, inscribed in 2008 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the entrance to the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lake Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts such as Risoul and Vars. The house is composed of two independent apartments, the listing is for the one at the top, the one at the bottom is not rented. The pavilion was completely renovated in 2020, alone in the middle of a plantation of century-old trees.
