Au-dessus de Guillestre, cette maison récemment rénovée est un véritable havre de paix, ensoleillée et lumineuse, avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière du Guil, le Guillestrois et les sommets environnants. Les grandes ouvertures baignent chaque pièce d'une lumière douce toute la journée. Le balcon plein sud invite à contempler les montagnes à toute heure, et le jardin se prête aussi bien aux petits-déjeuners d'été qu'aux pauses soleil de décembre. À deux pas, une cascade ponctue le silence.

Plein des activités possible: randonnées, vélo, rafting, kayak, canyoning, fia ferrata, ski, bien-être etc. Chalet de luxe. Vue panoramique sur les gorges du Guil et le fort de Mont Dauphin (classé Unesco). Les station de ski: Risoul 1850 à 25 min, Vars à 30 min. Plein sud, terrasse ensoleillée. Belle randonnée au pied de la maison!

Studio au pied des montagnes. Près de Briançon, Mont Dauphin, Le Queyras, Guillestre, Embrun, Vars et Risoul. L’hiver comme l’été les stations de ski sont accessibles en navette au départ de la Gare SNCF de Mont Dauphin à moins de dix minutes à pied du studio. L’été il y a également une navette gratuite pour aller à Guillestre, Mont Dauphin Fort et au plan d’eau d’Eygliers. Parfait pour le ski, la randonnée, le vélo et bien plus d’activités. Proche d’une boulangerie et d’un supermarché.

Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.
