L'emplacement offre une vue panoramique, idéale pour pratiquer l'astronomie ou observer les étoiles filantes. Les lève-tôt auront la chance d'assister au lever de soleil depuis la fenêtre.

Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists.
