Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mont Vernon

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

The movie place, super excellent attention Julie is an unparalleled hostess, she helped us with everything, she gave us her knowledge. Super recommended.

Pauline was a superb host giving great recommendations for our time on the island from car, kayak and atv rentals to local tours and food places. She helped arrange and coordinated everything seamlessly. She also accommodated our request for a late check out. The villa itself is quite peaceful with spectacular views. There are 2 other villas on the property but that didn’t take away from its privacy and we always felt secure. There are several supermarkets, beaches and restaurants close by. Its worth having a car to go about and see the island. Pinel island, the lolos (try getting the crab dumplings)and market in Marigot are worth visiting. Gutside restaurant husband and wife team Richard and Lourdes were simply the best, friendly service great food. Ask about their Tea punch. They can be found on the way to Friars Beach. La Cigale, for a nice romantic dinner is also nearby. Thank you Pauline we had a great time enjoying the island, the villa and its views! Would book again!

Our experience at Villa Daffodil was absolutely wonderful. The villa is beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and pristine. Daily housekeeping is provided by a lovely and friendly woman named Priscilla. The location of the villa can’t be beat. The set-up right on the beach is heavenly. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor area, which includes a private pool and hot tub, large, seating, area, and table and chairs for dining. We enjoyed listening to the waves and watching the cruise ships and yachts pass by. Phil is a very gracious and responsive host who has thought of everything to make your stay great. He provided us with restaurant and activity recommendations prior to our arrival, and there is additional information in the Villa. My family has stayed in Airbnbs in many locations, and this is one of the very best experiences we’ve ever had.

Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Where do I begin?! From initiating the booking of Martha's place, to communicating with Martha and her on-site team- Danielle and Alex- to relaxing and enjoying the beautiful villa every step was easy and practical. The pictures don't do this place justice. The interior decorations are up to date and modern and very peaceful- a nice serene theme throughout. Plenty of room to get lost and just be at peace. The villa was also in a very quiet area- far away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to other parts of the island with ease. Definitely rent a car and drive wherever your heart desires! The hot tub was also a nice amenity to enjoy late at night after a long day away. The cool refreshing breezes coming off the bay are dream like- one could just sit outside and fall into a trance listening to the waves of Indigo Bay below. I will definitely be booking again.

Great location with a beautiful view! Great restaurants are within a five minute walk. Orient beach is a few steps away. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. They cleaned every other day, and we always had fresh towels waiting. The location was so convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

Sea Breeze is hands down the most beautiful villa I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. When you walk through the door into the living/kitchen area you will be blown away! We are a group of 4 on a girls trip and felt very safe here. The villa is so luxurious that we didn’t leave for the first two days. The hot tub and theater room are major bonuses that not many places have and we used them nightly. This location is away from the main downtown areas but only a few minutes to drive to either Mayo/Simpson or Phillipsburg. I do recommend having a car. There is construction going on right below the villa that can be loud at times but mostly when they are running the excavator. It was never a major issue for us. Some tips: Carefour market - huge grocery store only a 5 minute drive Indigo Beach Restaurant- on the beach below the villa. Great atmosphere and food Bamboo House - Beautiful restaurant with great views and food Mullet Bay - best beach hands down

Two couples stayed at Amandyn's amazing place to round out our birthday celebration vacation on the island. We absolutely loved everything about it! The unit itself was immaculate. It was huge with a full kitchen stocked with extras, a large deck, hot tub, gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, plush towels, uniquely designed bathrooms, a grill and even a ping-pong table! The shared pool area was fabulous with lounge chairs, floats, an outdoor shower and extra toilet. We appreciated all of the great amenities! The sunsets and views of Baie Plum from the pool area were spectacular! The Terres Basses neighborhood is gated, private, and serene. We were 5 minutes away from three gorgeous beaches and other spectacular ones were only another 10 minutes away. Many great restaurants and a small grocery store are also only 10 minutes away. Communication from the property manager was superb and they were flexible with both check in and check out. We would absolutely stay again!! Five stars plus!
