Beachfront holiday rental in Montalivet les Bains, Vendays-Montalivet

Very cute little town apartment, really close to the center and a stone's throw from the beach. The little extra is the pleasant terrace with curtains to shelter from the sun. We had a pleasant stay and the host responded very quickly

Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

We had a wonderful weekend at Guillaume & Isabelle's house. Quiet location, close to everything (shopping and walking) We arrived in a CLEAN house that smelled good. Bed made on arrival and the Welcome Gift that makes you happy! All rooms are spacious. Hosts are responsive to messages, which is nice. We will return to your accommodation, and we loved Meschers! Very warm, clean and functional accommodation, with a sea view and a large sunny terrace, it is very well located (2 steps from the beach and a few minutes walk from the city center) and the residence is quiet. Antoine is very responsive and caring, you can feel that he really cares about the well-being of his tenants. ✨ I recommend ☀️🌊

Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea. Checking in/out went very smoothly. The apartment complex is right on the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. are close by within walking distance. We had a nice stay and would recommend it to others.

Excellent option for discovering Soulac with the family! Brigitte greeted us personally at 11 a.m. and let us leave in the afternoon the next day. She did everything to be nice to us and the house is very well arranged and clean, with everything you need to cook. We didn't enjoy the garden but it's very cozy. I recommend it!

I had the pleasure of spending 5 days in Magali's accommodation! Everything is in accordance with the photos and perfectly equipped. You can get to the center of Maubuisson on foot or by bike very easily and quickly. You will have all the comforts you need to have a great stay!

Everything was fantastic!!!

A real feast for the eyes, and pure rest. The apartment has an extraordinary view of the ocean, and the beach of Les Faucillons is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, there is absolutely nothing missing, and the comfort is total. There is even a parking space available. Royan's activities, are just a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is the most relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge very efficient and very professional for check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.

Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Superb welcome, beautiful rustic cabin 300m from the uncrowded beach since it is rather distant from the more urban area. Only regret the pool does not work and it is not very clear in the listing that the property is in a shared garden on Alex's property. I would definitely stay again!

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

We had a very nice time at Amandine and Jerome's place! They are great hosts and even had a welcome gift for us. The location of the apartment is perfect - right next to a good surf school on the beach. For us, it was absolutely perfect for surfing, we could leave the surfboards on the terrace. We liked to eat on the terrace. It was very clean and we felt completely comfortable. The supermarket and bakery are not far away and there are good restaurants in Lacanau-Ocean.

Perfect location for this beachfront accommodation. Comfort is at the rendezvous. Photos are accurate to the listing. We greatly enjoyed our weekend. We would recommend this listing with your eyes closed

Really beautiful location in a quiet area, direcly at the ocean, would definitely recomand, we spent a lovely time there!

Very pleasant stay with friends. The cottage is as described and as shown in the photos. The sofa bed is rather comfortable for a 3rd person and the outdoor space is a real plus. Located about a 20-minute walk from the train station and the city center, a pleasant walk as a pedestrian. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with access to the beautiful terrace of Café Baine. Valérie was super responsive and very friendly. Thank you for everything 🙏
