In the center of the village of Fontaines Saint Martin 15 minutes from Lyon and 10 minutes from the A46, I offer this 60 m2 apartment with independent entrance in a green setting with a quiet outdoor terrace of 35m2. The cottage has 4 beds including one bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 and a sofa bed . The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays .

With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100m away) like shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

Access to the Saône docks for walks, close to the Monts d 'Or hiking trails.

15m2 bedroom with 180cm bed (or 2 beds of 90) and private bathroom on the ground floor of a house. Two nights minimum. You have independent access through the garden and a parking space. No accessible kitchen but a microwave and mini fridge in the bedroom. You will stay in a peaceful area 5 min walk to the city center and 10 min to bus stops to Lyon. By car or public transport, visiting Lyon is easy. Beaujolais is 35 km away.

15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
