The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Moonstone

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Discover the calm and beautiful standing of this newly renovated villa 25 minutes from downtown Lyon. Close to the center of Genay and the center of Neuville, close to shops 5 minutes by car (bakery, hypermarket, gas station, restaurants...)

The High Ground

In a corner of greenery on the heights of Rochetaillée, Le Haut sur la Colline is a quiet and relaxing place. Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it has a wide and unobstructed view of the Monts d'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes by the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

Independent suite in a house

15 m 2 bedroom with 180 cm bed (or 2 90 cm beds) and private bathroom on the ground floor of a house. Two nights minimum. You have independent access through the garden and a parking space. No accessible kitchen but a microwave and mini fridge in the room. You will stay in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the bus stops serving Lyon. By car or public transport, visiting Lyon is easy. Beaujolais is 35 km away.

Maison Couzon in Mont d'Or

15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.

Equipped outbuilding with private terrace

Hi , We provide a modern outbuilding built in 2020, very well equipped, with a private equipped bathroom, a covered terrace and a heated swimming pool available. This outbuilding is also equipped with a video projector for movie moments (Netflix/Canal+) The home is located in a very quiet residential area just 15 minutes from Lyon, and only 2 minutes from a highway entrance/exit, so very easy access.
