Very clean and organized. In addition, the complex where the apartment is located is divine, safe and private. We didn't have to go out all day because the guys who take care of us told us that they have food delivery to the apartment or beach. The apartment itself is divine, organized and neat. The host is very willing to help and concerned about always being clear. We love to come the best for a group of friends looking for a quiet accommodation.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and Victor treated us like family! set us up with hammocks at the beach, started a beach bonfire for us each night! we ate at 2 different places on the malecon, both were very good right on the beach and inexpensive! place was clean, comfortable, and very safe!

Gabriela and her husband are great hosts! We let them know that we were coming for our anniversary and they made us feel welcome from the very first minute. The directions were very clear. The place is very nice and cozy. The only one, it would be that the place is a little involved to arrive but it is not difficult to get to and it is surrounded by other houses.

The location of this apartment in particular is a 100-10 Ocean view, quiet, a few meters from the beach, the apartment is super comfortable, equipped

A beautiful place, Jessica, Rosario and the other people treated us very well. I would return without hesitation, all quiet, really the beach of San José is one of my favorites with my family. Delicious hostel food. excellent service. And something very nice were also the dogs, beautiful. Thank you for all the attention. Looking forward to meeting ❤️

Very clean, newly remodeled, lovely shower and hot water throughout- which is rare in my experience in Ecuador. Very nice to have kitchen facilities -just a walk across the street for fresh fish and veggies to prepare a meal. Nice breezy balcony with hammock(s). As a solo female I never felt unsafe.

Really cool spot right in the middle of Montañita. The balcony is amazing and also had a access to a big terrace bar on the top. The studio is exactly as described and all appliances worked great and the place was very clean. Yvonne and Antonio were always available and super helpful. Would definitely stay again

Andres is one of the best hosts I have come across all my way in the airbnb world, very nice to know that there are people who have values, principles and above all who treat you as a family. The precise place with direct access to the beach, there is a common area where you can share, in high season or holiday you will clearly share the place but if you go at any time of the year you will have to enjoy the whole place, the kitchen is outside the apartment, there is everything you need to cook and make your stay very pleasant. I have no complaints. It was a pleasure to be in this beautiful place.

We were delighted with the place, much more beautiful than what you see in photos.. Beautiful to rest and get out of the stress of the city, we hope to return soon.. Tanya is an excellent host..

Excellent!! We really enjoyed it, we spent time with the family, the pool and the jacuzzi were great, the rooms were very comfortable, indoor parking, the place was very clean and with a beautiful view, and the manager Moises was very attentive. Honestly, I'd come back and stay longer. Some suggestions would be to change or fix the showers since they don't have much water, put towels and a little more cleaning in the bathrooms. But I clarify that it does not affect the enjoyment of the place, they are small things that will make this accommodation a dream.
