Studio completely renovated in the spring of 2022, to better accommodate you, new furnished 35 square meters with 18 square meters terrace located on the first floor in a quiet property 5 minutes drive from the center of Uzès. Bright room with comfortable double bed and two single bunk beds. Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything you need to cook small dishes from the region. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Charcoal barbecue available for grilling and tasting Uzès rosé. Shared washing machine. Closed and private parking. Private pool, bowling, trampoline and ping-pong to share. You have the option to enter or exit the accommodation independently; the keys will be deposited in a code box. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. The village of Montaren, the vineyards, the olive groves, nature are all close to your accommodation. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city, admire the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, canoe, climb and swim in the Gardon, meet the potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and if you go a little further you can visit Avignon and Nîmes located 30 minutes away. Our description is far from exhaustive, everyone can visit the surroundings according to their tastes and desires. To get here, by car, the A7 and A9 highways are nearby, by train, Avignon and Nîmes TGV station are 30 minutes away, by plane, Nîmes airport is 30 minutes away, bus between Nîmes and Uzès is about 1.5 euros. Located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse, this apartment is made of a first room combining living room and kitchen. The second room, very spacious with a ceiling more than 4 meters height accommodates the bedroom as well as the open bathroom. We have completely renovated this apartment ourselves, and have included very beautiful decorative objects as well as our art work.

The Montaren village (bakery, fruits and vegetables...) is only 5 minutes walk. Supermarket and pharmacy at 2 minutes (by car). Lots of places to visit in the surroundings.

This is a lovely two-story Provençal style house on a quiet street with country views from the sunny terrace in a small village a few miles west of Uzès. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, but also a very easy jumping-off point for visits to Uzès (by car or by host-supplied bike) and other local attractions. The house was well furnished, downstairs open plan, the pool was perfect, and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended - we were four adults, one child and one infant and everyone was well looked after.

What a beautiful house, garden and pool. Much nicer than the current photos in the advertisement. Everything was really perfect. Cool house with air conditioning that we turned on in the evening before going to bed so you slept well despite the heat. Wonderfully quiet environment. Frédéric is a host out of thousands. As a welcome, we immediately received a delicious glass of cold water with fresh fruits in it and for the aperitif a bottle of wine and homemade tapenade. Every day, cool bottles of filtered water arrived. He was also very discreet and friendly, nothing was too much for him to make his guests happy. We really thought it was a paradise. We found an exceptionally tastefully decorated, practical and sparkling clean house. We felt right at home. All expectations were perfectly met, so we were able to relax excellently. We particularly liked the beautiful yard and garden, the small shops right outside the door, the interesting region and the opportunity to cool off in the pool. Everything as promised: fabulous, cosy house 8 minutes from Uzès centre. We felt right at home, everything we needed was there, from the kitchen to the garden. Our stay was punctuated by warm days and cool evenings, so it was very agreeable to have a sunny terrace for breakfast and a fireplace in the evening. Stephanie had great advice for us - market days, best place to park in Uzès... in short, a perfect stay! Merci Stéphanie pour votre accueil!

Southern France, vacation in the "Sun Triangle"

We had a great week at Thomas and Nils'. We were able to count on the wise advice of our host and we enjoyed the small touches (eggs and honey from the house). The kids loved the pool and the feeling of being alone in the world. Our dog played a lot with Pumba who is really very nice. In short, a perfect welcome by lovely people in a heavenly, magical place!
