You will be welcomed in a 45m2 villa with swimming pool that can accommodate a minimum of 8 people independently in 4 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. You will not miss anything in this real house of life presenting all the necessary equipments in addition to those of leisure.

Duplex, the bedroom with a double bed to the south overlooks an unobstructed view with pool and hills of the Pays de Fayence. In the living room, the sofa is convertible (comfortable for one person but small for two). Family present in the rest of the house with 2 children, 2 cats and 1 dog. Parking is available in the garden. Not accessible for people with disabilities.

Lake St Cassien is within walking distance. For your comfort, we provide free bicycles, a swimming pool (unheated 12 m x 5 m), a motorcycle bike garage, a treadmill and a barbecue. Shops 1 km away. 7-seater outdoor jacuzzi (not usable in winter) and bowling alley.

Il dispose d'une piscine, d'un terrain de pétanque, d'un grand parking, et est une villa très spacieuse. Un lac est accessible en 3 minutes en voiture et 15 minutes à pied, et des chemins de promenade sont à proximité.

Au sein d'une oliveraie centenaire, nous proposons cette bastide de 250 m2 bâtie sur un terrain de près de 3500m2. Au milieu des oliviers, une piscine de 11m de long par 3m de large et d'une profondeur de 1,6m. Si vous cherchez le calme et l'authenticité provençale alors vous êtes au bon endroit!
