There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. If you have a ranger or golf cart with orv stickers they are legal.

We had the most amazing stay at this lakeside home! The property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering- we celebrated both Father’s Day and a birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The lake was beautiful and peaceful. Our favorite spot was the tiki bar right next to the lake! The house itself was clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. What made our stay even more memorable were the WONDERFUL neighbors! They FEEL like family to us! One of the neighbors even offers fresh-baked goods. We were able to enjoy her cherry, apple, and banana-cream pies and banana bread. It was all delicious! This place is a gem, and we’re so grateful for making memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing,fun, and family-centered getaway! The Truckenmiller Family

We stayed for a month, whilst settling in our daughter into her senior year at college. Great view, very quiet and the kayaking, swimming and fishing were superb. A great experience not too far from Grand Rapids, if we come back to the area, we would certainly stay again. The quiz at the local Tavern on Monday's was fun, as was the Flea Market on Thursday mornings.

I can honestly say I was very comfortable in Jon’s home and so was my family. It was very clean and his house look like the pictures. I rented this Airbnb because I am a Ferris State graduate and I had to come down here for my ceremony . The hotels were extremely too high so I decided to get an Airbnb with my family instead of getting multiple hotel rooms and my family enjoyed being there as well. I would go there again most definitely l. Everything looks exactly like the pictures and it was really clean and organized. They had everything there far as in the cooking utensils. I did for my family, but overall the visit was very good and I enjoyed myself.

really loved the space, very comfortable and intentional. Jessica had a well stocked kitchen. it was thoughfully decorated and lots of towels and wash cloths which was really nice for our week stay. we LOVED the location. we walked to town numerous times a day, and that was my favorite part. location, location, location. if you're coming to Rockford and want a great spot, this is it.
