Private loft facing the woods, self check-in with a password, Roku smart TV, bathroom with a pressurized gas shower, two sinks, 32-degree heated pool (not a hot tub), air conditioning, blackout curtains, a kitchen with an island, oven and stove, refrigerator, air fryer, barbecue grill for making lunch or dinner, enjoying a glass of wine (or juice), and feeling very comfortable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. The gate is closed from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. If you need to leave or enter, just let us know.

The house is located in the Parque dos Ipês allotment, which has this name because there are many ipês. At the time of its flowering, we are surprised by this beautiful spectacle.
