We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

Soggiorno SPLENDIDO......non c'è altro aggettivo per esprimere questo week-end.......siamo stati benissimo, era tutto perfetto, pulito, ordinato, la casa era freschissima, la piscina bellissima, non mancava veramente nulla, anzi Elwin (gentilissimo e a disposizione per tutto) ci ha fatto trovare delle attenzioni che ho particolarmente apprezzato, abbiamo trovato vino, succo di frutta, uova, merendine, tutte finezze che non sono scontate e fanno enormemente piacere. Io personalmente, ho fatto varie esperienze del genere, ma stavolta veramente è stato tutto PERFETTO, spero veramente di poterci tornare, per chi vuole passare un week-end rilassante, riposante e sereno , lo consiglio vivamente.....ancora grazie ad Elwin ed Yvette....a presto

Lovely, bright, fresh and clean place, right on the piazza of Umbertide, but with windows out towards the quiet back. Lovely views of roof tops and mountains. Kitchen is tiny and basic equipped, but just enough for a shorter stay. Katia is helpfull and friendly.

Appartamento situazo in posizione panoramica, ampio terrazzo con splendida vista sulla collina di Corciano. Posto auto privato e coperto, in aggiunta parcheggio condominiale. L'alloggio e' molto vicino al raccordo autostradale, perfetto per effettuare escursioni in particolar modo in direzione Lago Trasimeno e comunque in tutte le direzioni. Ipermercato Iperconad con annessa stazione rifornimento carburanti (una delle piu' economiche in zona) nelle immedate vicinanze. Per me un vero punto di forza. Appartamento pulito, luminoso e ben arredato, con gusto. Soggiorno ampio e camera da letto molto confortevole. Anastasiia e' una persona molto cortese ed attenta alle necessita' degli ospiti. Alla domanda:" lo riprenderesti?" Rispondo: sicuramente si', senza ombra di dubbio. Grazie di tutto Anastasiia

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.
