There are many neighborhood shops (YPF, cooperative, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, grocery store, bakery, ice cream parlor) 1 or 2 blocks away. Ideal for walking.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, 7 blocks from the beach and safe area. It has two bedrooms: First bedroom has a double bed plus a sailor. 2nd Bedroom a bunkhouse. One bathroom with bathroom doorstep. Kitchen with all the artifacts, table for 8 people. Living with armchair and TV directv is at the expense of the tenant. WI-FI. Very large patio. Grill. It has a garage WITHOUT A ROOF. Animal friendly. Parties are not permitted.

This beach is unique for enjoying Kitesurfing and other water sports . To access the house you can do it with 4x4 vehicles, entering the beach and parking in front of the house or for vehicles without double traction you can park on a back street 50 meters away.

This unique place has its own style. Boutique-style home. Oceanfront and direct access to the beach. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has its own private viewpoint at the tip of the medano, where you can see the sunrise and sunset . It does not include savanna service, pillowcases, and towels. I must bring your own. ( if you need electric service, it has an extra cost that is paid when entering U$20 x the stay )

Indoor house in Monte beautiful for 4/5 people, one with a bed for two people (with air conditioning and cable TV), the other with a one-bedroom bed (it has a standing fan). It also has a washer, refrigerator, oven, and cable TV. It has a covered garage, in which there is a Chulengo and it is located just 4 blocks from the beach! Check-in 2:00 pm / Check-out 10:00 am

We spent a very nice few days, the accommodation is very well located if you are looking for tranquility and close to the beach. The pool is beautiful!!, special if you are traveling with children.

Very friendly hosts and always helpful. Spotless pool. Apartment in good condition. They were very good, they lent us a kayak with their vests and made us a cake/cake. We'll be back without hesitation

Beautiful place, very close to the beach, and with an amazing pool (in case the day does not accompany or one decides to stay more between the house). It has everything to enjoy, beach chairs and umbrellas, grill, pool. Super quiet place, we really like that area of Monte Hermoso, and very good beach. Excellent attention from Franco. We will be back, but already with the largest family group.

The place is very beautiful and with stylish details. Everything is impeccable and the property too. The beautiful pool. Just steps to the bahada to the beach. Franco lives there and personally takes care of the administration. He's very helpful. We will be back! Thank you!

We loved the location because it's one block from the beach. The place is comfortable for groups of people (there were 5 of us). The tap water is not drinkable and we were greeted with a water bottle, for which we are super grateful. They advised us regarding transportation to Monte Hermoso and places of interest. The house is well taken care of but it would be nice to have a few more utensils like pots for the kitchen. Thank you very much for everything, you are very kind and attentive!
