Location exactly as described. Paulo was super helpful, made us feel at home. The apartment was clean, with all the utensils organized. It is close to the “center” and the city square, and has lots of things close by. We loved the stay and highly recommend it!!

Henrique's apartment is very good, remembering that it is a studio apartment, ideal for a couple with at most one small child. Everything was very clean and organized, especially the bed linen and bath towels, which were fragrant. Henrique was a very attentive host, he responded promptly. The location is very quiet and close to the beach and the convention center (shops), you can go on foot. It was worth a lot, great cost benefit.

We went to spend a family weekend, and Juliana's apartment met our expectations. Identical to the listing, located in a great spot, close to many things. The apartment is very comfortable and large. My daughters loved it. Juliana was super nice and gave all the instructions. I really liked it, when I come back, I already have a place to stay.

Option with very good price, great ideal location for those who want to go walking to the main points of the city, a city also very good for car riding with lots of parking spaces. We stayed three days and walked all over the city and didn't see any beggars/ beggars, so there's another super positive point. Flat apartment with bedding, towels, pillows, dishes, cutlery glasses. The outdoor pool of the condominium is very large and beautiful and I believe that it is not heated, inside the spa there is a sauna and another heated pool but as this space was under renovation we could not use it. An alert point is about the parking, at the entrance of the condominium there is an access ramp in which the vehicles are parked, but there are certainly not enough spaces for all units of the building, in the busiest times the drivers who arrive later will have to park on the street in front, which I also believe do not have enough vacancies for everyone.

the apto. is excellent, all very clean and practical. New utensils , furniture and appliances . It has largely met our expectation,qua the right we will certainly return.

Isadora was a great host, responded quickly, was super flexible at check in, kept us up to date on hotel events. The location is in front of a very quiet square, with capybaras and also great for walking. the room was clean, organized and of the ideal size. Great apartment with good location!

The home was great! Igor and Letícia were super friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The space is exactly as in the photos, very beautiful and well cared for. The only observation is in relation to the smell of urine in the jacuzzi area when we arrived — probably due to the pets that the place accepts, the lawn ends up accumulating a little odor. We did a little cleaning and the environment became more pleasant. We also noticed the presence of some ants, which is understandable as it is an enclosed space. In addition, it was an excellent experience and we loved the stay! Thank you very much ☺️
