The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Our family vacation to Villa Berni in Bottai was phenomenal, and it all started with the accommodations. Alessandro's brother, Enrico, met us as planned and gave us a tour of the villa. As requested, they provided 2 cribs for our grandbabies. With 6 bdrms and 5 bath, each couple had their own space, and the babies had their own rooms too. It was conveniently located taking 20 minutes to the Florence city center and other local towns provided everything we needed. Our favorite part of the villa was the garden courtyard. We had morning coffees and evening cigars/drinks. A bonus was the tortoises which the babies loved finding each morning to feed them strawberries. Part of the family farm, Enrico gave us a tour of the olive grove and farm animals. He even staged eggs for the grands to collect. Our last night, we arranged pro chefs to prep an authentic Tuscany dinner. This kitchen met their needs, and we ate in the courtyard. We couldn't ask for more...Thanks for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

We were met by Monica at the entrance doors that led into the courtyard and she was so gracious to show us around the villa and explained how everything worked. The villa was spotless and the interior was right out of architectural digest. The furnishings and artwork were so tastefully complete. The views into the backyard garden were so peaceful and relaxing after long hours of touring and wine tasting. Only a 6 minute walk past incredible views was a delightful local restaurant that also had take away to bring home to enjoy around the beautiful kitchen counter while enjoying the breeze from the open windows. We highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful villa for anyone who comes to this area to visit.

A charming, comfortable and cozy home surrounded by beautiful countryside. several good restaurants and wineries are in walking distance, and David's own wine is excellent! even though it rained a lot during our stay, we still enjoyed ourselves.

Our stay at Livia's place was excellent. The location was beautiful, everything was spotless, very spacious, beyond expectations. Livia is an extremely responsive host, who got back to us immediately when we had a question. There were five of us, and we were very comfortable and happy. We would definitely recommend this home.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto's place! The villa was just as described and perfect for a group of 10 - the location was great, lovely and quiet with stunning views from the pool. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you Roberto!

Villa Poggiostelle was an incredible house in the hills above Florence. It was a peaceful escape that is very private with incredible views. The house is so well set up - our children loved the badminton, soccer ball and table tennis set up as well as the incredible gym. The pool was gorgeous with wonderful views over the hills and valleys near Calenzano. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated each with their own bathrooms with modern fixtures. The villa itself is about 25 minutes to a train station where we caught a train into Florence, 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket. It was easily accessible to all the highways and autostrade to explore Tuscany. A car is essential staying here though as it is a very hilly area in a secluded spot. Tatiana was a wonderful host who made our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and even delivered a delicious surprise package of pastries one morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Antica Villa vicino Firenze. The villa is full of charm and character, with beautifully maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with authentic Tuscan touches. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Florence, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. One of the highlights was the pool—the view from there is absolutely amazing, overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We especially loved the garden, the views, and the feeling of stepping back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic Tuscan experience close to Florence.

From the moment I contacted Simone to book the villa, he was unbelievable, so helpful! Then prior to arrival he was so helpful with our arrival requirement. We were a group of 14 friends celebrating my 60th Birthday. Simone was beyond helpful! So friendly & helpful! He catered a 10 course italian meal for us and it was delicious, every plate was so tasteful plus local wines to complement each dish, delicious!! The Villa is beautiful! It's so well laid out with separate apartments and Tuscany views to die for! Simone went above and beyond as a host and our group of 14 guests had the most fabulous vacation and we made the most unforgettable memories ❤️

Villa Albertina was incredibly beautiful. The house, the countryside, the views and the surroundings were all breathtaking, and even better in real life! Lia was very warm and welcoming and took care to show us any specifics about the house, ie air conditioning, door locks/keys and any essential and useful information that we would need to know during our stay. The house is spacious and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the pots, pans, glassware, plates etc that you could need to cater and dine at home. Several different seating areas, a lovely dining room inside and a long table on the terrace too. Lots of sun loungers so we could all (10 of us) sunbathe and relax outside in the sun. Lovely pool. Stunning views! I would highly recommend the villa and thank Lia for being a very welcoming and calm hostess. You would need a car to best access the villa and to have independence getting around but Lia was able to recommend a trusted taxi driver in case we needed it. Amazing.

We were traveling with a group of 4 couples and three toddlers. And loved the place. Each couple had their own bathroom and everything was super clean. The entire complex was very well maintained. There was a tennis court, a football field, foosball, volleyball and a great children's playground. The facility cannot be better equipped. In addition, the location of the property is perfect for exploring Tuscany. We were completely satisfied and would come back right away.

The "Torre della Musica" is an absolutely spectacular, rare find among gems on AirBnb. The building is historical, centuries old, and perfectly renovated and equipped. The garden is an oasis of peace, shady and quiet even in the hottest of summers. The swimming pool, a mere few minutes' walk away, a joy. The location, remote and quiet, with fresh air and sunshine, ideal for a perfectly relaxing summer. Down the valley, a 10 minutes' drive away, there's Londa, a small village with groceries. We loved the stay!

A Great Tuscan Retreat This Airbnb villa in Tuscany was an absolute gem! Surrounded by stunning landscapes, it offered wonderful views and a peaceful escape. The amenities were just right, ensuring a comfortable stay, including a pristine pool that was cleaned daily. Its location was ideal—within 30 minutes to an hour of Tuscany’s must-visit cities, making day trips effortless by car (we haven’t used public transportation). The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering good recommendations, including Chef Irene, who prepared an unforgettable Tuscan lunch for us at the villa. This is a fantastic destination for a family vacation. I highly recommend it.
