Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.

Wooden sofa bed and wool mattress. 2 bathrooms, one with an anteroom. 7000 square meters of land with oak grove and a small plain with a centuries-old fig tree. Large outdoor area for sunbathing with shower and tub. For hygiene reasons, you are required to leave your street shoes at the entrance.

The timeless cottage downstairs, located on the ground floor, has an equipped kitchen, with French window overlooking the garden, connecting with a living room, with double bed (separated by a wicker partition) and double sofa bed and can also accommodate a family of 3/4 people. The bathroom with a window has a shower with a stone wall. This house has some characteristic stone walls and is tastefully furnished in Tuscan style.

The cave

My accommodation is in the town's historic center It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). Note: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book at least for 3 people.
