amazing steal for the price. Place is impeccable I loved it so much and would’ve stayed all month but my meds make me hot and during the noon it was so hard to close the blinds since the nature is sooo beautiful. Definitely coming back in November when it’s too cold. I was the only one in my group of 4 who felt it was hot but host acomodated me anyways with a portable AC. After that it was still too hot for me the second night so I left sadly but I wish I could’ve stayed. Barrio is super local oriented. All neighbors super nice and sweet. Nothing like a real bad area but ofc at night one must not visit the distant park since delinquents seem to hang at night sometimes to smoke/sell drugs I only heard but did not see. If you only go out during the day or order taxi at night this place is perfect. I hang in portal, avenida 6 at nighttime or the mirador so I never had interest to explore barrio at night anyways, not a tourist or local thing to do

This place was absolutely amazing. beautiful house that looks juts like the pictures. The jacuzzi is the best way to end your day. The location is super convenient and safe. I recommend staying here

I loved my stay! The place combines modern architecture with elegant and tasteful decoration, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. What fascinated me most was the view to the viewpoint from the third floor room - just spectacular. I also really enjoyed the patio, its garden and the night lighting, which give it a special charm. The location is ideal, just four blocks from the main park. The host, Olga, was always very attentive to communication, resolving our concerns with kindness and was flexible with checkout times. I loved this place and, without hesitation, I will return when I return to Filandia.

The place is very nice, the house is new, very spacious for a group of several, some kitchenware is missing pots and cups... the social areas are very nice , tidy and clean... we love it!

The house is very nice and everything remains impeccable, Angela, who welcomed us, cooks delicious food and Lina was always attentive to make sure everything was perfect. Cozy place, Don Jesús very attentive to help us with what we need. The internet worked great. An ideal place to rest. Comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms. Beautiful flowers. Recommendations: clarify that the tub on the second floor does not function as a Jacuzzi And maybe remove the damaged handles from the kitchen cabinets.
