“Cani and Sabina's apartment is a real stroke of luck. In addition to the breathtaking view from the huge terrace, you have everything a vacationer's heart desires. We booked 5 nights but stayed 7 because we enjoyed it so much. Our highlight was the whirlpool and the outside shower on the terrace. For our 10-month-old daughter, Sabina even got a potty on the day of arrival and other surprises that we don't want to reveal. During our vacation Sabina and Cani always helped us with questions and were great hosts. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and the proximity to the beach (3 minutes on foot) is ideal. We can highly recommend this property!”
One of the 10 most wishlisted homes on Airbnb ever as shown in Airbnb's article "Where Everybody Wants to Stay: 10 of Our Most Wish Listed Homes" https://press.airbnb.com/10-year-most-wishlisted-homes/ Right next to the Perast museum, our studio apartment has a spacious terrace with a magnificent view on the two most beautiful attractions of the Bay of Kotor: islands of Sv. Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.
“If I can give this place and the host Nela a 100 stars I would! Apartment review: it is the best apartment in Perast for the perfect view of the Lady of the Rocks island, the shimmering sea and looming mountains that surrounded the town. It felt like a fairy tale. I loved Perast. The apartment has been recently renovated and it was constructed with the guests' needs in mind. I can tell attention has been paid to even the tiny details. There were wine glasses, bar tools, books, extension cords and there was even a potatoes peeler! The apartment is spacious and the space was well utilized. Although it was a studio apartment I did not feel like it was small at all. I loved the location and the rustic feel of the building this apartment was located in as well. Host review: Even before the trip started Nela stayed in touch and was very helpful with tips on what to see and where to go etc. She also helped me to arrange a taxi from the airport to the apartment. I was stuck in Perast during the start of the covid 19 pandemic measures the Montenegrin government enforced. Throughout the stay, Nela couldn't possibly have been more helpful or more accommodating!!! She went above and beyond the responsibilities of a superhost. She always stayed in touch. She always provided timely updates on the covid 19 situation. She continously checked in to see if I needed anything and any concerns I had were addressed immediately. She sent me links to the local news and provided updates as more pandemic measures were implemented. Her information always accurate too. I can't thank her enough for her hospitality and kindness. I know that I will visit Perast again and I would definitely stay here again!!!”

Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.
“Just back from a fantastic weeks stay with Maja. Never met her personally but her communication whilst there was brilliant, updated us often and her family were so welcoming. Lovely to have the sea right outside the apartment which you don’t get if you stay in old town Kotor. Beautiful view especially during sunset. The apartment is in shade during the morning but we found this helpful as we explored different areas of Montenegro in the morning and timed it to relax in the sun all afternoon/early evening. We hired a car which id definitely advise and Maja recommended the Vrmac walk which is worthwhile for the incredible views of the bay. Would highly recommend a stay here.”
