This place is exactly as the title suggests, comfortable and cozy! It was very spacious as a solo traveller, which I really enjoyed. The host helped me find the location when I arrived and was very accommodating and friendly. The location is great too. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the old town and you are also close to the beach.

Zeljka was a very good host. I liked the view of the house, the layout of the furniture, the cleanliness of the environment, and the availability of all the tools and equipment that might be needed. In addition, it was a very nice gesture to give us his own beach umbrella to use when we asked him to suggest a place where we could rent a beach umbrella. There was only one mirror in the house, and the fact that there was only one mirror in a house that offered accommodation for 4 people was a bit of a problem, but we didn't have much of a problem because it was a situation that could be improved.

This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the bay, and everything is as described on the listing. Regarding Milena, you couldn’t ask for a better Host! Milena communicates well, her response times are immediate and she is very helpful and proactive. She really wants you to have a wonderful stay. In this respect Milena has also made sure that everything in the apartment has been thought about, so that your stay runs smoothly. The apartment has a lovely warm feel to it and is beautifully presented. We really enjoyed our stay!

Undoubtedly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The amenities and facilities of the house were perfect. A great home with kitchen facilities, laundry and dishwashers and air conditioners. We definitely hope to be here again when we come back. The location of the house is great because it is a place with traffic problems! There is a parking lot to park the car and it is almost within walking distance to everywhere in Kotor. Discover paradise on foot! And Aleksandar is a tremendous person. I was amazed by the beautiful house they built. He also conveyed very fast returns and instructions. He told me a lot of information about the city before and after I arrived. I am very happy to have known him. I know you have a friend here, 😉 so you can choose this house with your eyes closed. I'm sure you'll be very happy to leave ✨

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Srdjan and his Father Stanko were amazing with their communication and their recommendations for the area. We took their advice and did a boat tour with their preferred guide to the Blue Cave, the submarine tunnels and our Lady of the Rocks. There was a discount with the recommendation. We also walked up to the Fortress and a lovely visit to Perast. The unit was very comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good bed and shower. There was a 900m walk to Old Town which suited us.

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. It’s a perfect blend of stunning scenery and prime location.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Excellent stay in this peaceful and very quiet place. The house among the olive trees is really nice. Hosts were extremely charming and very helpful. For example, they allowed us to use the garden electrical outlet to recharge our electric vehicle at night, which was a plus for us, as there are not many charging stations in the area. A significant time-saver for our stay. We recommend this property.

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Fantastic place with great views. Comfy, clean and well furnished. Easy access to the sea and a shop (5 min walk). Kruna was responsive and helpful and her father in law who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

The apartment was as described. We liked the parking spot and that we were surrounded by lots of supermarkets. The hosts were super nice and available for questions. They recommended some beaches and restaurants to us. We had a good time !
