Bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed, sink and small balcony overlooking the waterfalls, located on the second floor of a Canadian house dating back to 1839, which houses a cute café on the ground floor and 2 other bedrooms on the second floor. Shared access to the pool (in summer), hot tub, outdoor fire area, two bathrooms and shower room. A common room with magnificent views of the waterfalls, two large tables and armchairs near the wood stove are reserved for guests.

The owner lives in the basement, but the top two floors are completely independent and reserved for guests (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, game room). Hot tub, small sauna, playground, fire areas and summer kitchen with pizza oven and BBQ. Perfect for families, lots of kid-friendly amenities. Not suitable for noisy parties.
