This Mediterranean-style custom-built villa is located right on the beach and offers spectacular sun dances year-round. The shaded pool features a built-in bench overseeing beach and ocean. This warm, quiet place is fully equipped with custom touches by Lorena de Estrada, a seasoned interior designer. Open up the entire house to welcome in the relaxing sounds and enjoy the beauty all around.

Relax with the whole family and friends in this private villa, 150 meters from the sea.  From inside you can hear the waves, with 9 beds and 2.5 bathrooms, a social area, a rest area with hammocks, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a full indoor kitchen, a work area and spacious green areas. Stroll along the beach and then return to the pergola with hammocks for a rest. For those warm nights, don't forget to turn on the A/C that cools all the rooms. An elegant and private place.

Villa Rosa was inspired by the colonial architecture of Antigua, yet with a modern, beach influenced twist. It offers a spa-like retreat in a hidden corner of El Paredón. It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.
