Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montesilvano

Well-kept, clean and fresh accommodation despite the summer season, a strong point is the outdoor veranda, we will probably return.

Magnificent ancient farmhouse with a view of the Maiella, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. The house is unique, rustic both outside and inside. You can savor the experience of living in a rural house. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new dishes, and the cozy room has a beautiful fireplace and a comfortable bed. The silence, tranquility, and surrounding nature are the characteristics of this place. Alessandra is always active, kind, and available at any time. Super recommended!!!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, beautiful pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely ok for us. Angelo is a great host, we would come back anytime.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

It was a wonderful vacation. The house is not large, but it has everything you need, including high-quality tap water that is safe to drink. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax. Nearby, there is a park, a supermarket, an inexpensive bar, and a pizzeria. The owners are very hospitable and can arrange transportation to/from the airport for a small fee upon prior agreement.

It has become our second home! This 😍 is the fourth time we've come here, and each time it's a confirmation: this place really has something special. The accommodation is always perfectly maintained, clean, welcoming and full of details that make the difference. You can see that there is love behind it! There is everything you need and you can breathe an atmosphere of peace that really makes you unwind. The location is super convenient, close to everything but quiet, with parking right in front and the host is now like a friend! We have no doubts: we will return next time. When you find a place like this, you never leave it! ❤️

Aurora is a precise host with remarkable attention to detail. He is an extremely helpful person and knows how to make you feel at home. The house is equipped with every comfort to ensure a quiet stay just a stone's throw from the sea. It was a pleasure to stay with you and I will definitely contact you again if I return to the area

Tiziana's place is exactly as pictured, in a building along a beautiful tree-lined avenue, and the sea is really within walking distance. In the apartment there is everything you could need during a vacation, everything is very clean and with two nice balconies. It is also very useful to be able to park the car in the closed condominium parking lot with an electric gate. Tiziana was always available for advice on where to eat, very kind and discreet without ever being intrusive. Communication was perfect both on arrival and departure, so I can only hope to be back soon maybe for several days! Thank you for everything Tiziana!

Francesa and her husband were very nice, polite and very helpful! The location was great, in the middle of the city, close to markets, restaurants and city spots! The house is the same as in photos and very clean ! I highly recommend this apartment

Fabio, was an incredible host, very responsive, very friendly, and very helpful, check-in was a breeze and the apartment was exactly how he described it. It is in the centre of the city and close to all the action. Easy walk to the beach and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Pescara.

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. It is very close to the sea. We missed few things, and Sandra organised all perfect. We are thankfull to Sandra for her helpfulness and intelegent. One thing I could mention is that the apartment is close to the main street, the morning silence was missing. But this place guaranteed that the sea is close, shops and restaurants are nearby. The impressions are good, especialy for Sandra. I recommend to stay there

We absolutely fell in love with Casa dell Bellazza! It truly touched our hearts and we will treasure the time we spent here listening to the birds, drinking wine and enjoying the evening. Monica is a fabulous host!!! She is so warm, kind and pays attention to details. We hope to return soon!

A great place I would also recommend for longer trips as it is well equipped, we were unfortunately only passing through for two nights. Very spacious clean place, good location. Very nice and hospitable hosts, I recommend

Lovely 2 days with Adriano. He's such a lovely man. Lovely evenings on the shady terrace which was very needed as the temp was in the middle 30s. car parking spot also. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy one. Thank you.

This apartment is pristine, large, well equipped and ideally located. Andrea was extremely responsive. A truly great place

Francesca was very helpful from beginning to end, the apartment was very clean and in a quiet street, considering you are in the centre of Pescara. Always hot water available, air con was very efficient, no problems with any appliances and had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very firm for me, but no other complaints at all. We would definitely return and contact Francesca for a softer pillow (we only stayed 4 nights)

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

Marco was immediately available for all our requests, his hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment, in a great location, allowed us to get around entirely on foot. We stayed in 5 people and this was not a problem at all, the apartment is very comfortable and comfortable, really clean and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be back!!!!
