We wil made a tour in the vineyard until the top of the hill. there you can see all the langhe hills, and i will talk about the season work into the wineyard. Then we will go into the vinery to learn all the process of vinification adn aging of the wine. And but last but not the least the winetasting! Other things to note is possible take your dog with you if the weather is not good we don't go into the wineyard, just in the winery and winetasting

The tour takes place on the green hills of Monferrato and we will head towards pine forests, lakes and rivers where it will be possible to have a refreshing break during summertime. Depending on the level of skills of the participants I can tailor a tour in order to allow anyone to enjoy a nice day in the open air. No one will be disappointed: from the agonist to the family! And after the ride, we could go to one of the many typical restaurants to taste the delicacies and flavors of the products of the gastronomic tradition, but also and above all the wine that made this region well-known all over the world (i.e. Gavi and Dolcetto di Ovada). Furthermore, a guided tour means to get tips and suggestions to improve your riding technique! Riding between Langhe and Monferrato, the Bussi Piero company opens its doors to you I will guide you to discover our territory starting from a short walk in our vineyards spreading the differences between Langhe and Monferrato and the different varieties present, going to the visit in the cellar and concluding with a tasting on our panoramic terrace or in our tasting room, of at least 6 of our wines, starting from Piedmont doc Chardonnay, passing through the different types of Barbera d 'Asti and Nebbiolo and concluding with our Moscato d 'Asti DOCG. The tasting will be accompanied by a small cutting board of local products, charcuterie and cheeses, including the hazelnuts of our production

The tour includes 2 winery visits and tastings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, transportation and a Certified Sommelier as a guide for the day. These are the wine areas we can explore together: Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero, Monferrato, Alta Langa (feel free to inquire for others).

Dogliani and the Langhe are the homeland of wine, there isn't a better way to welcome you than with a good glass of Dogliani wine! So it's time to get to work. We'll start with a delicious appetizer: vegetable flan with fondue. Then we will prepare handmade pasta combined with a sauce made with the freshest ingredients of the season. We will make tajarin, tagliatelle or maltagliati, served with vegetables, cheese, sausage or mushroom sauces, depending on the seasonal availability. Finally, following the tradition, we will prepare zabaione, the typical egg-based liqueur cream, perfect to combine with cakes and biscuits. After working hard, it will be time to enjoy our dishes in a pleasant friendly lunch. The experience is in Italian, if you need it in English I will arrange it without problems. During the class you will find the recipe book available in 4 languages: Italian, English, German or French.

I will take you on a time travel to discover the ancient sensations of Roman wine and you will understand how more than 2000 years ago our ancestors cultivated the vine and how they produced wine. It will also be possible to touch an ancient Roman press and the production amphorae. Finally we will taste together the ancient Roman wines: L'Aureum and Purpureum. We will analyz the sensory characteristics and food pairing! Other things to note It is absolutely a unique experience, you can relive sensations that the ancient Romans could experience more than 2000 years ago!

Let's start with an interesting visit to a small peculiar wine cellar hidden among the beautiful hills of Monferrato and a regenerating walk on its vineyards and olive groves. We get to know an heroic viticulture and the story of Tommaso, the eccentric vigneron that produces wines with a well-defined and structured personality using new techniques (such as essential oils and microorganisms on the vineyards). Wine laboratory - Time to act! Learn the vigneron' secrets and follow at least 3 of your 5 senses to combinate diffent wine typologies and find the perfect match for you! All hand made of course, as the vigneron does. Each person will receive the technical tools and the necessary advices, as well as support during the whole experience, to work with 3 different wines. Try and test the combinations to make your own blend, find the taste and smell you like more. Once the wine is crafted it's time for you to proceed with the bottling, corking, sealing and labeling of your wine! The result is a unique combination created by you. Bring home your bottle and share it with your family or friends. Other things to note We reccommend to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The relaxing walk in the vineyard depends on the weather conditions.

Excursion within the Unesco core zone "The hills of Barbaresco", among vineyards of Nebbiolo, hazelnut and truffle fields, crossing the municipalities where Barbaresco is born - Neive, Barbaresco and Treiso - along a mainly off-road route, in a continuous ups and downs. A Bike Tour through an unusual and off the beaten path, unknown to most people, for a different perspective. The route is carefully studied, of medium level: we will cycle through Nebbiolo vineyards, hazelnut groves, on easy dirt roads and small roads, always away from traffic, in complete safety. Other things to keep in mind It is a MEDIUM level bike tour. It is essential to know how to ride the bicycle at a basic level and want to have fun without rushing It is an experience suitable for children with at least 12 years of age The cost refers only to the experience. It is possible to rent Ebike or MTB which will be delivered directly to the departure: the rental cost is on request. It is also possible to add tastings in the cellar: the cost of the tasting is on request.

The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. Partecipants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. Ti propongo una visita nell'azienda della mia famiglia che coltiva la stessa passione per il vino da quattro generazioni. Ecco cosa prevede: - iniziamo da una breve passeggiata al vigneto di...venite a scoprirlo! ;) - passiamo poi alla visita nella nostra piccola cantina , in cui vi spiegherò come funzionano la vinificazione e l'affinamento dei vini. - è il momento della degustazione! Un calice direttamente dalla botte, poi seduti al tavolo continuiamo con due vini in bottiglie. La degustazione è accompagnata da salame, formaggio, miele e nocciole del Roero.

Hunting truffle means walking, breath good air, discover the local traditios and culture. It means discover the piedemont by a not common point of view. You will dig truffle directly from the soil. At first we will have a typical "Piemunteis" aperitif homemade by me, listening to a very good music and getting to know each other better. Then I will prepare for you an exquisite dinner where I will mix and match all the flavors and the scents from the territory. This will be an emotional tour through the culture, the history and the beauty of Turin, laughing and sitting around a table. You will smell, taste and drink seasonal and organic food and wine selected by me from the best suppliers of the territory. The menu will include: 1 "Piemunteis" aperitif 2 appetizers 1 main course 1 dessert 1 glass of wine Water and espresso Every dish will tell you a story, an unknown peculiarity of Langhe you will search and find in my dishes. We will welcome you in our home kitchen and we will cook together a complete traditional Piedmontese menù with a starter, a main pasta dish and a dessert. For example we will prepare Insalata Russa, Gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and Dolce Savoia, a special version of Tiramisù that had been served by our family to Italian Royal Family at the beginning of XIX century. We will share all the secrets of our family recipes. During the lesson we will enjoy typical local wine and at the end we will have a delicious meal all together. You will receive the recipe book as a memory of this experience. We can also offer special classes gluten free, vegetarian or vegan with traditional specific recipes, as we are running a veg cooking activity since 2016.
