Independent studio located in our garden with a beautiful private terrace with sea view. Beautiful fully equipped studio, air-conditioned with Wi-Fi overlooking the pool and garden located on the heights of Saint-Denis, Colline des Camélias, 10 minutes from the city center and 10 km from the airport. The mezzanine bedroom with a low ceiling height (1.30 m) gives a cocooning appearance. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as the entire garden.

On the ground floor, and without any overlooking, you can enjoy a jacuzzi and a large 35 m2 terrace with a beautiful view of Saint Denis. You will also have access to our (unheated) swimming pool, times decided upon arrival. Ideally located on Colline des Camélias, you will be close to local shops, 10 minutes from the city center, and 10 km from the airport.

Urban stays

Pleasant 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a main house, fully equipped and functional, with a Wi-Fi connection and air-conditioned bedroom, for stays of a week or more, near the green park of La Trinité in Montgaillard. The property has a beautiful terrace that significantly increases its surface area. Indoor parking is available for the car. Access to the pool is free until 9:30 p.m. and can be shared. Linens and hand towels provided.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
