Our cottage is set in the corner of a 100 acre mostly wooded tract in rural Floyd County. The site is open, but surrounded by mature trees. You will enjoy the quiet private setting. Our cottage is good for couples and small families. The Town of Floyd, six miles away, hosts restaurants, a coffee shop, and gift shops. The Floyd Country Store hosts the renowned Friday Night Jamboree featuring local bluegrass, while other restaurants host a variety of music on weekends and during the week.

This three-story yurt is an architectural wonder, featuring bamboo floors, heat and a/c and other modern amenities. Situated on 3 private acres at the top of an end-state-maintenance road with streams and hiking paths, the property exemplifies the beauty and diversity of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A huge fenced dog pen and cozy dog house make it possible to travel in style with the whole furry fam, while outdoor deck seating makes it feel like a treehouse gathering. Why be square?!

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). On a one acre corner lot, we welcome guests to relax and experience the Appalachian Mountains and its treasures like hiking, wineries or tubing on the New River. All new beds and decor.

Forget a hotel, stay at this inviting 3 bedroom (3 queen beds) condo close to VT and all Blacksburg and the New River Valley has to offer. Set up with everything you need away from home. Entry with a digital door code makes 24 hour access a breeze. 900 sqft, 2 level townhome with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. About a 10 minute *car ride* to Lane, Cassell, & campus. One king bed, one queen bed, and a full size sofa bed in living room. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood across from Kroger, shops, an arcade, & theater on South Main. Ideal for about 3-4 people considering just the 1 bathroom but can sleep up to 6 for bigger families.
