Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants : une fille de 16 mois et un garçon de deux ans et demi. Je ne qualifierai pas l’atmosphère de calme avec les petits mais de conviviale et familiale :) Bienvenue dans notre havre de paix cosy et moderne, idéal pour se détendre tout en profitant au maximum des environs ! Niché au pied de la porte des Alpes et non loin du lac Léman.

You will enjoy the privacy of the villa as this is a detached house, with a massive private garden and a terrace. No other guests will be present at the house at the same time as you so you dont share the kitchen, the fireplace, etc with anyone else. There are free parking spaces for two cars as well

The space features a private entrance for guests, as well as a private shower room intended solely for guests, located right next to the room. The private parking is located in front of the building for guests' use. Public transportation is accessible within a few minutes' walk.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

Between lake and mountains! The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a 2-apartment villa and has a large private terrace in a quiet area. You can easily reach the lakefront (3.5 km) on foot or by bike by taking the bike paths along the Rhône. The villa is the perfect base for hiking, discovering the unmissable Lake Taney or going to the top of Grammont. We provide bicycles for free.
