Ground floor kitchen with TV first floor bathroom with shower top floor double bedroom with air conditioning. The house is accessed from a small courtyard equipped with table and chairs. For exclusive use of the property, small garden, a place suitable for an outdoor dinner in peace. INTERNAL STAIRS not suitable for those with walking problems
